Tunez From The Crypt surfaced on the underground scene in the summer of 2021 playing nightclubs such as The Hideaway (Riverside, CA), The Basement (Pomona, CA), Sharkeez El Porto (Manhattan Beach, CA), Camp OG (EDC Las Vegas) and various underground shows and festivals with a burning desire to bring a fresh sound and vibe to the current climate and culture of the Southern California dance music scene.

Born into a house of a musician, at an early age, he grew fond of his father’s old records, cassettes, and instruments. His father raised him on funk, disco, and oldies from artists like Earth, Wind and Fire, The Bee Gees, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, and Kool and the Gang, among many others.

A natural creative at heart, Tunez From The Crypt grew up playing many instruments, and into early adulthood had a passion for journaling, writing poetry, and creating hip hop music. In 2008, he attended his first electronic music events and immediately knew he found his calling. 12 years later, a global pandemic and city lockdowns gave him the push he needed to sit down, focus, and finally bring his vision to life.

Tunez From The Crypt magically blends funky, deep, sweet, soulful, dark, and sexy sounds of house into an eargasmic and spiritual blend of cryptic tunez that leaves you craving for more.

His sound has been directly influenced by artists like Kaskade, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, DJ Dan, Chris Lake, Paul Oakenfold, Miguel Migs, Disclosure, Gorgon City, Dombresky, and Noizu just to name a few.

In a world full of copy and paste artists, Tunez From The Crypt regularly spends hours on end digging the digital crates for fresh sounds to play in his sets.
