At TuneSence, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our Premium services and subscriptions.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally considered for technical issues that prevent you from accessing Premium features, provided our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase or most recent renewal.
2. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at contact.iakashsingh@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. For purchases made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you may also need to request the refund directly through their respective platforms.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of use, or if the user fails to cancel their subscription before renewal. We encourage users to try the free version of TuneSence before upgrading to Premium.
