Tuner & Metronome Studio – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Tuner & Metronome Studio mobile application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the following terms.

1. Age Requirement
   Tuner & Metronome Studio is suitable for users aged 13 and older.
   
   

2. Personal Use Only
   The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App.
   
   

3. App Features and Usage
   Tuner & Metronome Studio includes the following features:
   
   

• Standard 6-string guitar tuning (free)
  
  

• Premium 7-string and 12-string guitar tuning
  
  

• Metronome features (subdivision and timer) requiring premium membership
  
  

• Saving a single preset for free; additional presets require premium membership
  
  

4. Premium Features and Subscriptions
   Some features are available only through premium membership. Purchases are handled exclusively through Apple’s in-app purchase system:
   
   

• You can manage or cancel your subscription via your device under Apple ID > Subscriptions
  
  

• Payment processing is handled by Apple; the developer does not store payment information
  
  

• Refunds and cancellations are subject to Apple’s terms and policies
  
  

5. Disclaimer
   Tuner & Metronome Studio provides tuning and metronome tools for personal and professional use. While designed for accuracy, the developer does not guarantee perfect tuning or metronome performance and is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the App.
   
   

6. Updates and Changes
   The developer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features in the App at any time without prior notice.
   
   

7. Intellectual Property
   All content in the App (including design, icons, software, and text) is owned by Tuner & Metronome Studio and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
   
   

8. Changes to Terms
   These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Updates will be made available within the App or on the official website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
