This privacy policy applies to the Tuner - BlackScorpion app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Black Scorpion (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
1. Microphone Access and Audio Data
The Application requires access to the device's Microphone to function. This access is used solely to analyze audio signals in real-time for tuning purposes.
No Recording: The Application does NOT record, store, or transmit any audio data to any external servers.
Real-time Processing: All audio processing is performed locally on your device and is discarded immediately after the frequency analysis is complete.
2. Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain information automatically when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address).
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
The operating system used on your mobile device.
The Application does NOT gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. The Application does NOT use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from the records.

Black Scorpion is committed to ensuring that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Application or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the Application or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
3. Advertising
The Application uses third-party services (AdMob) that have their own Terms and Conditions. By using the Application, you also agree to the terms provided by these advertising providers.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Application is intended to provide tuning assistance. Black Scorpion cannot take responsibility for the Application not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi or mobile data (for ads) or if your microphone is faulty. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and are not responsible for any damage to instruments resulting from the use of the Application.
5. Termination
We may terminate use of the Application at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Upon any termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end.
