Tune Me: Privacy Policy
Introduction
This privacy policy governs your use of the Tune Me: Vocal Studio app ("App") for Android by B-Side App Studio, LLC ("we, us"):
Personal or Sensitive Information
The App does not require you to provide any personal or sensitive information and we do not collect or share any such information about you.
Automatically Collected Information
While using the App, we may collect non-sensitive information about your device such as the device model, operating system, and version. We may also collect basic demographic information such as your language and region. This information is used to enhance the functionality and improve the Application. None of this information is private or sensitive data. The following table lists specific data which is collected automatically and the purpose it's collected for:
IP address (masked): which may be used to estimate the general location of the device, only for the purposes of analytics and ad serving
User product interactions: including app launch, screen views, taps, and actions taken in the app, for analytics purposes
Diagnostic information: including crash logs, app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage, to help find bugs and improve the quality of the app
Advertising ID: an identifier used by the Android OS and Google to help serve personalized ads, for the purposes of ad serving and analytics. This ID is used strictly for the above purposes. You may disable or reset this ID at any time; see details below.
Device identifiers: including App Instance ID, App Set ID, and Crashlytics UUID only for the purposes of analytics and ad serving (none of these ID's are linked to any personally identifiable information; see details below)
Device and app details: Device make and model, app version, Android OS version, SDK version, supported ABI's, and whether the pro upgrade feature is enabled, to help find bugs and improve the quality of the app
Metrics: Microphone latency and technical information including the success rate of operations such as recording or playing back audio, to help find bugs and improve the quality of the app
Crash reports: Stack traces, relevant application state, and device metadata are collected when and if the app crashes, to help find bugs and improve the quality of the app. No personal or sensitive information is included.
Advertising ID
The advertising ID is an unique identifier used to help serve personalized ads for the purposes of ad serving and monetization. It is automatically collected by our integration with 3rd parties (see below) including Google Admob and Firebase Analytics. The ID cannot be directly linked to any personal or sensitive information or identifiers by us, and we never use it or share it with anyone beyond its basic need for personalized ad serving via the 3rd parties listed below.
You may disable or reset the advertising ID for your entire device at any time by following these steps:
On your Android device, go to Settings.
Tap Privacy > Ads.
Tap Reset Advertising ID and confirm your changes.

Device Identifiers
The app automatically collects the following additional device identifiers for the purpose of analytics and ad serving:
App Instance ID: Automatically assigned ID for each installation of the app, for the purposes of computing user metrics through Analytics. This identifier is not associated with any personal information or identifiers.
App Set ID: Automatically assigned ID which allows us (the developer) to check which of our other products are installed on your device, for analytics purposes. This identifier is not associated with any personal information or identifiers.
Crashlytics UUID: Automatically assigned ID which helps to measure how many users are impacted by a crash, to help find bugs and improve the quality of the app. This identifier is not associated with any personal information or identifiers.
Third Party Services and Shared Information
The Application shares data with the following third party services. Only the non-sensitive information listed in the "Automatically Collected Information" section above is shared with 3rd party services. No personal or sensitive information is collected by the app or shared with anyone. Google Admob
Google Admob is an advertising service provided by Google Inc. We use Admob for the purpose of ad serving and monetization.
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. We use Firebase Analytics for the purpose of improving the Application by understanding how users interact with it.
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Crashlytics is a crash reporting service provided by Google Inc. We use Firebase Crashlytics to track and fix stability issues to improve the Application's performance.
Secure Data Handling Procedures
All of the data collected and/or shared by the app is transmitted using modern, encrypted security protocols. The following table explains how we transmit data securely to all the parties with which we share information:
Google Admob: All of the user data collected by Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
Firebase Analytics: All of the user data collected by the SDK is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
Firebase Crashlytics: For the collected end-user data listed on this page, Firebase encrypts the data in transit using HTTPS.
Data Retention and Deletion Policy
We do not collect or share any personal or sensitive information or allow creating any accounts within the app. If you have any concerns regarding the automatic collection of non-sensitive information, and wish to have this data deleted, you may contact us via one of the options listed in the "Contact Us" section below, and we will respond to your request within 7 business days.
Opting Out
You may opt out of all automatic data collection at any time and for any reason. Please follow the steps below to disable automatic data collection.
Open the app and tap the "more" icon (three dots) in the top right corner
Tap "Settings"
Uncheck "Anonymous Data Collection"
You may also disable or reset the Advertising ID for your entire device at any time and for any reason. To do so, please follow the steps listed in the "Advertising ID" section above.
Changes
This Privacy Policy is in effect as of April 1, 2024. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and by publishing an update to the app. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
