TUMBLEBUGS
Last weekend my neighbor plowed his pasture next to the cabin where I live, and that resulted in large numbers of tumblebugs rolling balls of manure across our little gravel road.
At least in this part of the world tumblebugs are not just unusual oddities; they do important work and people in the know regard them as desirable, beneficial insects. In parts of Texas studies show that dung beetles remove 80 percent of a grazing area's cattle droppings, and that goes a long way in keeping down the numbers of disease-transmitting flies.

Kidnapping
Black Bug King commands his black bug minions to kidnap all tumblebugs in order to use them as slaves to spread the black bug empire. There is a hero, Tumble, who will save the tumblebugs from being kidnapped. Tumble saved all tumblebugs in every level, much to the monarch's chargin. In Tumblebugs 2, Tumble is able to face Black Bug King, but he escapes by riding a rocker ship to the moon. Tumble chased him.
All the config and level files are in the same directory as XML files, so it looks very easy to change the game. I guess you could make new levels for it pretty easily if you took the time to study the files further. But as a starter, check the tumblebugs.xml file.
