Even though there are lots of options and online help its nice to be able to sit next to a person and share how we are feeling with a cuppa and a biscuit!
Some months you may feel that you need to have a chat and others you may feel that you are doing ok. We are not here to tell you tcome every time, you decide how often you come along. We hope to see you every month if not for your self but maybe for others in the group.

Sometimes we do feel a little bit guilty about being happy or laughing. We are here to help you overcome that and maybe find a way of enjoying life without the person you have lost but still remember and share their lives with others.

This is me!
I am Stevie and I lost my adult daughter to sudden adult death syndrome. I am lucky to have a fantastic friends and family support group but sometimes I want to talk to others about her to keep her memory alive so I founded this group.
We meet the first Wednesday of each month at Felixstowe Opportunity Group Maidstone Road IP11 9EF (its in the grounds of the old Orwell High School)
