How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee will vary based on the delivery location. We highly recommend to use Grab or Lalamove for smaller items. Plus, you get to receive your purchase on the same day! For large items like pet beds, Grab and Transportify are also options, however, we also do delivery with an additional charge depending on the location.
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase, can I get a refund?
