By accessing or using the Tuki application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Tuki is a digital platform that connects residents of Vinhomes Grand Park with local service providers, including:
Ride services (Tuktuk, motorbike, car)
Food and grocery delivery
Cleaning services
Other local services available within the community
Tuki acts as an intermediary platform and does not directly provide transportation, food preparation, or cleaning services.
To use Tuki, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate registration information
Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
By using Tuki, you agree:
Not to misuse or abuse the platform
Not to harass drivers, cleaners, merchants, or other users
Not to provide false bookings or fraudulent payments
Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the system
Tuki reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Drivers, merchants, and cleaners are independent service providers.
Tuki:
Does not employ service providers directly
Is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided
Does not guarantee availability at all times
However, Tuki may monitor performance and remove providers who do not meet community standards.
All payments processed through Tuki must be completed using approved payment methods inside the App.
Users agree that:
Prices may vary depending on demand, distance, or service type
Cancellations may incur fees
Refunds are subject to review and approval
Tuki reserves the right to adjust service fees at any time.
Users may cancel services within the allowed cancellation window.
Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges.
Refund requests must be submitted through in-app support within 48 hours of the service.
Tuki will review disputes fairly but reserves final decision rights.
Tuki is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuki shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of income or business
Personal injury caused by third-party providers
Users accept services at their own discretion and risk.
Your use of Tuki is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process personal data.
All content within the Tuki App — including logos, graphics, design elements, and software — is the property of Tuki and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
Tuki reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
