Meets in person at a location of your choice: Kansas City North Community Center, Longview Community Center (Lee’s Summit) or Powell Community Center (Mission).
Stroke Education Series for ASF is a monthly education series about various topics for Stroke Survivors

Stroke-Specific Virtual Group Meetings through Turning Point
Reading and Conversation Group is for adults with neurological communication impairments interested in improving and maintaining communication skills. This group meets weekly at various times of the year.
Aphasia Group is for persons with aphasia interested in improving and maintaining their communication skills. Individuals with other neurological communication impairments are also welcome. This group meets weekly at various times of the year.
Ataxia Group is designed for individuals with Ataxia/SCA. The LOUD Crowd provides ongoing vocal practice, accountability, support and encouragement.

JaySTART Clinic
KU Medical Center's Student Teaching and Rehabilitation Training – or JaySTART – Clinic provides free occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech-language services to the Kansas City community.
The mission of the JaySTART Clinic is to address the barriers to health care access in the Kansas City area by providing physical therapy and occupational therapy services to meet the needs of underserved patient populations.
Students in training, under the direct supervision of licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists, provide rehabilitation services to patients. Interpreter services are available. Click here for more information
