Who Can Be Referred?

I accept referrals for adults and older adults (16+) experiencing:

• Communication difficulties following stroke, brain injury, or neurological conditions

• Cognitive-communication impairments such as memory, attention, or problem-solving deficits

• Voice disorders, including muscle tension dysphonia, spasmodic dysphonia, and Parkinson’s-related changes *Voice assessment cannot be completed until reviewed by ENT*

• Swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) related to neurological disease, aging, or head and neck cancer rehabilitation
