CURAÇAO — May 2026 — Curaçao has made history.
For the first time, our island has reached the world stage through the historic qualification of Curaçao’s national football team, proudly known as the Blue Wave, for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This unforgettable achievement is more than a football victory. It is a powerful symbol of pride, unity, courage, and the belief that even a small island can make a big impact on the world.
To honor this once-in-a-generation moment, Tugboat Beach Curaçao is launching the BlueWave Corporate Charity Auction 2026, a special 7-day auction created exclusively for local companies.
During the auction, businesses will have the opportunity to bid on a limited collection of 21 exclusive hand-painted BlueWave souvenirs, specially created by FrankArt, the in-house artist of Tugboat Beach Curaçao. Each piece celebrates Curaçao’s football achievement, island identity, local creativity, and the powerful spirit behind the Blue Wave.
These are not ordinary souvenirs. They are collectible pieces of Curaçao history.
Each artwork is hand-painted, individually marked, and connected directly to the moment Curaçao stepped onto the world stage. For participating companies, this is a chance to own something truly meaningful while showing visible support for Curaçao, its people, its culture, and its future.
Most importantly, 100% of the auction proceeds will be donated to THE CURAÇAO MUSEUM to support its restoration efforts and help preserve Curaçao’s cultural heritage for future generations. This makes every bid more than a purchase. It becomes a contribution to the island’s story.
By participating, companies will not only support local art and cultural preservation. They will also stand proudly alongside Curaçao during one of the most inspiring moments in our history. This auction gives businesses the opportunity to show leadership, community pride, and island spirit in a way that employees, customers, and the wider public can recognize and celebrate.
The auction will run for 7 consecutive days, with 3 exclusive hand-painted BlueWave souvenirs auctioned each day. The highest bidders will win limited pieces marked:
1/3 — Original
2/3 — Hand-painted edition piece
3/3 — Hand-painted edition piece
Each winning company becomes part of a special group of businesses that helped transform national pride into meaningful community support.
This is a unique moment for Curaçao. The Blue Wave has inspired the island. Now local companies have the chance to carry that pride forward by helping protect the culture, history, and identity that make Curaçao so special.
Curaçao made history on the world stage.
Now your company can help preserve the history of Curaçao.

Since childhood, I discovered my passion for art and began making my first drawings. During my teenage years, I entered the world of tattooing and muralism, gradually developing my own artistic style. I am a self-taught artist; everything I have learned has come through dedication, effort, and love for art. I have practically dedicated my entire life to creating, painting, and expressing myself through different forms of art. I currently work at Tugboat Beach, where I continue my journey as an artist, sharing my creativity with locals and visitors.
