Weekly PrePay Sign-Up

If you would like to avoid the line up in the Golf Shop prior to your round, you can opt-in for weekly Prepay using your credit card on file.  **Golfers who opt-in for Weekly Prepay will need to notify our staff in advance if they are unable to attend a week.**

Upon filling out the form, you would acknowledge and agree to Moon Lake Golf and Country Club charging your credit card weekly (every league night).  Each player signed up would acknowledge the need to give Moon Lake G&CC at least 12 hours notice for cancelling in order to avoid the weekly charges from going through.
