Emotional, Behavioral, and Physical challenges have been part of societies for millennia. The search for the solutions to such challenges has ranged over many disciplines and fields of study including psychology, social work and physical therapy.
However, many of the benefits, seen in these more commonly known practices, are actually derived from the core training principles and programs, developed over 2500+ years, to foster, train and sustain warriors throughout their lives for the betterment of mankind.
From a childhood's focus on self-discipline, self-confidence, self-esteem and self-worth through an adulthood's focus on altruism, integrity, perseverance and responsibility, those protectors of society sought to ensure balance within each person and for the group.
Building on its 50 years of community service & experience and a warrior collective heritage, the Tucson Center For Balance, Inc. (TCFB) strives for a More Balanced Society — One Person, One Family, One Community at a Time.
Mitigation of emotional, mental and physical vulnerabilities in the public, with a focus on underserved youth & teens, are accomplished with programs that upgrade life skills, behavior, and knowledge.
