Practices

Practices are held twice a week on campus at the Towson Gymnastics Academy next to the SECU Arena on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7am - 10am.

Team members are allowed to choose which events they train on. Event training is open gym styled. Training and conditioning assignments may vary by ability, but everyone trains together! Anyone coming in without any gymnastics and or tumbling experience will be considered open (men) or developmental (women). Anyone coming in with a gymnastics background can declare to train/compete levels 9, Excel Silver, Platinum, or Diamond.
