Looking for Roles:
Right now, we are looking to fill the following roles:
Performer: Pretty self-explanatory! Performers take part on stage and become the faces of the troupe. Besides acting plays, performers may also have a hand in the fireworks display.
Backstage/front of house: these roles are for players who seek to help with special effects, props, set dressing, or manage the audience watching by starting groups, anchoring, and showing audience members where best to watch!
Audition process:
Our audition process consists of the traditional audition reading and an initiate period, where prospective members (initiates) may shadow us over a few rehearsals, performances, and guild meetings to get a sense of how they might fit in the troupe.
Prospective members may contact Atos in order to schedule an audition day, where they can either prepare a short monologue of their choice or read from a monologue provided by Atos.
Initiates are encouraged to get involved as early as possible but aren’t pressured to get more involved than they are comfortable with. This grace period also serves the initiate to figure out whether the troupe is right for them. After a few weeks, should the initiate like to stay an active member, they then become thespians of the guild and are members of the troupe to be called on for performances! Initiates who don’t feel the time is right, or that the troupe is for them should let us know. We have a very open "welcome-back" policy should you feel inclined to try again. Initiates who make it to the discord and go AFK for a long period without notice may be kicked for organization purposes, but again if you still want to come back and try again we are more than happy to do so!
Audition F.A.Q:
Do I have to be part of every performance? What if I can’t make it?
Performances are only required if you choose to join a particular one! Can't do one because of your schedule or conflict? No worries! We only ask that you commit to whichever show you say you'll join (we also understand life gets in the way as well!)
Do I have to join the guild in-game to be a member?
Although we have an established guild, we do not require membership in-game to perform with us! No need to guild-hop with the TTT!
Is the troupe faction-specific?
Nope! We have both Horde and Alliance performers in our troupe!
