If the interactive calendar widget below displays available slots in +0:00 UTC instead of your local time zone (e.g., +5:00 PKT), your browser profile is masking your active location parameters. Please apply these quick fixes to resolve it instantly:

• ⚙️ 𝟭. Update Your Google Calendar Settings: Open a new tab on this specific Chrome profile, go to calendar.google.com, click the Gear Icon (Settings) at the top right, and check your Primary time zone. Ensure it is matched to your actual city/country time zone. Refresh this booking page afterwards.

• 🛡️ 𝟮. Check Privacy Extensions & Proxies: If you are using privacy extensions, ad-blockers, or secure proxies that spoof your WebRTC or browser location parameters, the widget will default to UTC to protect data privacy. Temporarily toggle them off for this portal.

• 🌐 𝟯. Use Incognito Mode or Clear Cache: If the widget remains stuck on UTC, copy this page URL, press Ctrl + Shift + N to launch a clean Incognito Window, and paste the link. An incognito session will force the widget to accurately auto-detect your physical device's system clock parameters.

All official evaluation sessions are conducted entirely online.

• Timing: Please join the channel exactly 5 minutes before your scheduled slot.

🛠️ Step 3: Mandatory Pre-Interview Technical Setup

To avoid technical delays during your evaluation, you must configure and test your Discord settings before entering the channel. Our system requires a live technical assessment.

🎤 How to Connect & Test Your Microphone

1. Open Discord on your desktop app and click the User Settings (Gear Icon) located at the bottom left next to your username.

2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Voice & Video.

3. Under Input Device, select your main microphone.

4. Scroll down to the Mic Test section and click the "Let's Check" button.

5. Speak clearly into your microphone to ensure the indicator bars move into the green zone. If you cannot hear yourself, adjust your system volume or select a different input device.

🖥️ How to Share Your Entire Screen (Mandatory)

During the interview, the Administrator will ask you to share your workspace to verify equipment compliance. You must share your entire screen, not just a single app window.

1. Click on the "Interview" voice channel on our server to join.

2. Look at the bottom-left control panel (right above your username) and click the Share Your Screen icon (a monitor icon with an arrow inside).

3. A pop-up box will appear with two tabs: Applications and Screens.

4. Click on the Screens tab.

5. Select "Entire Screen" (or Screen 1 if you have one monitor).

6. Set the resolution streaming quality to automatic, and click the blue Go Live button.

🎙️ Workaround for Missing/Non-Working PC Microphone: 

If your desktop workstation does not have a working microphone, you may use your mobile phone additionally for audio purposes. To set this up properly: 

• You must create and log into a second Discord account on your mobile phone using a different email address. 

• Join our official server with this second mobile account, complete the server verification steps, and request a roles update from the Administrator—exactly as you did for your primary desktop account. 

• This allows you to stream your screen from your PC while speaking through your mobile device simultaneously. 

⚠️ Failure to Comply: Candidates who join the voice channel with a non-working microphone or who are unable to share their entire desktop screen within the first 3 minutes will have their slot cancelled and will need to re-schedule. Please make sure your system is ready!
