By downloading or using TTS: Text to Speech AI, you agree to be bound by:

And the following supplemental Terms of Use, which apply specifically to TTS: Text to Speech AI.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and the Apple EULA, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s rules.

3. App Functionality

The App provides on-device text-to-speech generation, playback, local history, and export/share features. Features may change over time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
Interfere with App operation or security.

5. Your Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for text you input and any audio you generate, store, export, or share. You represent that you have the rights needed for your use of that content.

6. AI/Generated Output Disclaimer

Speech generated by the App may vary in quality, tone, timing, or suitability. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on or sharing it.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy for TTS: Text to Speech AI.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may include links or integrations with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the App.

12. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. They terminate automatically if you fail to comply. You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use and uninstalling the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
