This Privacy Policy explains how TTMNG collects, uses, protects, and handles user data. TTMNG is an educational app for accessing course materials, replay videos, and learning documents.

Data We Collect
TTMNG may collect and process the following data:
- Email address, used for login and account management.
- Name or display name, used to personalize the app experience.
- User ID, including the Firebase Authentication user identifier.
- Account profile data such as role or course access permissions.
- Technical authentication/session data needed to keep the app secure and functional.
TTMNG does not request device location, contacts, financial information, health records, photos, videos, audio files, or user-uploaded files from users.
How We Use Data
We use collected data for:
- App functionality, including sign-in and access to learning content.
- Account management, including identifying the correct user profile and course permissions.
- Security and abuse prevention, including protecting access to restricted course content.
- Responding to support, privacy, or account deletion requests.
Account Creation
TTMNG accounts are created manually by the app administrator in Firebase Authentication. Users sign in with the account credentials provided to them.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user personal data. We do not share user personal data with advertisers.
TTMNG uses Google Firebase services to operate the app, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage. These services may process user data on our behalf to provide authentication, profile storage, and access to app content.
We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the app, or the public.
Data Security
User data is transmitted using encrypted connections. Firebase services provide security controls for authentication, database access, and storage access. We limit access to user data to authorized administrators who need it to operate and support the app.
Data Retention And Deletion
We retain account data while the user's TTMNG account remains active or as needed to provide app services. Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data using the deletion request form:

Deletion requests are reviewed by the app administrator. Account data stored in Firebase Authentication and related user profile data in Cloud Firestore will be deleted unless retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Children's Privacy
TTMNG is intended for learners and course participants and is not directed to young children. If you believe a child's personal data has been provided to us without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
