These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and other websites, applications, content, features, and services operated by T·TIME Health Inc. (“T·TIME,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively referred to as the “Platform.”
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
T·TIME Health Inc. is a non-clinical technology, administrative, marketing, billing, subscription-management, and customer-support company.
T·TIME does not practice medicine or independently provide medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment.
Clinical services are provided exclusively by independent licensed healthcare providers and professional medical entities (“Clinical Providers”). These providers are separate from T·TIME and exercise their own independent professional judgment.
T·TIME does not control or interfere with any Clinical Provider’s medical decisions.
Information provided through the Platform is for general informational and marketing purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care.
All medical decisions—including diagnoses, treatment recommendations, laboratory requirements, and prescription decisions—are made solely by an independent licensed healthcare provider.
Accessing the Platform, submitting an intake form, or purchasing a program does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription or be approved for treatment.
The Platform is not intended for medical emergencies or urgent medical situations.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical care.
T·TIME services are intended for eligible individuals physically located within the United States.
Services are not currently available in U.S. territories, on U.S. military bases outside the United States, or within U.S. embassies abroad.
Availability, clinical requirements, products, and services may vary by state due to applicable medical and regulatory requirements.
To use treatment-related services, you must:
Meet the minimum age requirement disclosed for the applicable treatment program
Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
Be physically located in a jurisdiction where the requested services are available
Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
Satisfy any eligibility requirements established by the applicable Clinical Provider
Use of the Platform by minors is prohibited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your identity, health, medical history, medications, symptoms, and other information requested during the intake and treatment process.
Providing incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in denial or termination of services and could create serious medical risks.
You are responsible for:
Completing required intake forms
Completing requested laboratory testing
Responding to requests from healthcare providers
Participating in required consultations and follow-up reviews
Following the instructions provided by your healthcare provider
Keeping your account and contact information current
Clinical Providers are solely responsible for medical evaluations, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment decisions, clinical communications, and medical records.
A Clinical Provider may determine that treatment is not appropriate, request additional information or laboratory testing, require an in-person visit, modify a treatment plan, or discontinue treatment.
T·TIME is not responsible for the independent professional judgment, acts, or omissions of a Clinical Provider.
Prescription medications are available only following an individual medical evaluation and approval by a licensed healthcare provider.
Certain prescribed medications may be compounded. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in the same manner as FDA-approved medications.
No medication is appropriate for every person. Potential benefits, risks, alternatives, contraindications, and side effects should be discussed with the prescribing healthcare provider.
Prices, billing frequency, included services, and commitment periods are disclosed before purchase.
T·TIME may act as the merchant of record for payments, subscriptions, billing inquiries, approved refunds, and payment disputes.
Subscription charges are billed in advance according to the selected billing schedule. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in the applicable refund policy, charges remain valid once processed.
Enrollment may commit you to the complete treatment plan or subscription period selected during checkout.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the current T·TIME Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Once a prescription has been transmitted to a pharmacy, the associated medication order cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Fees may also apply once a physician has begun reviewing an intake. Laboratory kits, laboratory services, shipping, and services already provided may be non-refundable.
T·TIME’s collection and use of non-clinical information are governed by the T·TIME Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Medical and health information may be collected and maintained by independent Clinical Providers, pharmacies, laboratories, or healthcare platforms under their respective privacy policies and legal obligations.
