These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all users who access or use the Farming TC mobile application (“Application”).
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of the Service

Farming TC is a mobile game that allows users to build a digital farm, acquire in-game assets, and interact within defined game mechanics.

TTcoin Games reserves the right to modify, update, or change the content, game mechanics, and scope of the Application at any time.

2. Account Creation and Use

• Users access the services through a unique in-app account.

• Account credentials and wallet access are the sole responsibility of the user.

• TTcoin Games is not responsible for any consequences arising from unauthorized use of user accounts.
  
  

3. In-App Assets and Digital Content

Within the Farming TC Application, users may acquire in-app digital assets and game items by depositing TTcoin.

• Users may voluntarily deposit TTcoin into their assigned in-app wallet address.

• Deposited TTcoin is used within the Farming TC Application in accordance with game mechanics.

• Users may request TTcoin withdrawals (“withdraw”) upon reaching specific thresholds, subject to defined conditions and limits.
  
  

Important Notes

• In-app assets and rewards are part of the game experience.

• TTcoin deposits do not constitute an investment, profit, or income guarantee.

• The value of in-app assets may fluctuate based on game balance and system rules.

• Items purchased with TTcoin may only be used within the Farming TC Application.

• TTcoin Games does not guarantee any fixed value for in-app assets or items.
  
  

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum limits, verification, and security rules defined within the Application.

• Withdrawal requests may be temporarily or permanently suspended in cases of suspicious, abusive, or rule-violating activity.

• In cases of cheating, exploitation, or system abuse, in-app assets may be revoked.
  
  

4. Blockchain and Wallet Usage

Farming TC operates on a blockchain-based infrastructure.

Each user is assigned a unique wallet address within the Farming TC system.

4.1 In-App Wallet Structure

• Assigned wallet addresses are used solely for tracking in-app deposits and transactions.

• Users must only deposit TTcoin to their designated wallet address.

• Deposits received at the assigned wallet address are verified and reflected in the user’s in-app balance.
  
  

4.2 Transfer to Main Wallet

• For security, operational, and technical reasons, TTcoin deposited into assigned wallet addresses may be automatically or manually transferred to a developer-controlled main wallet.

• Such transfers do not affect the user’s in-app balance or in-game rights.
  
  

4.3 User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for depositing TTcoin only to their assigned wallet address.

• Transfers made to incorrect addresses are irreversible, and TTcoin Games bears no responsibility for such losses.

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature.
  
  

4.4 Limitation of Technical Liability

TTcoin Games shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• Blockchain network delays, congestion, or technical failures

• Issues caused by third-party network providers or infrastructure services

• Losses resulting from user error during transfers
  
  

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in the following activities:

• Cheating, bot usage, exploits, or bug abuse

• Abuse of game systems or in-game economy

• Use of unauthorized third-party software

• Creation of fake or multiple accounts

• Attempts to breach application security

• Actions that negatively impact other users’ experience
  
  

6. Account Suspension and Termination

In the event of a violation of these Terms, TTcoin Games reserves the right to:

• Temporarily suspend accounts

• Permanently terminate accounts (ban)

• Reset or revoke in-app assets

⚠️ No refunds or compensation will be provided for permanently terminated accounts.

7. Modification or Termination of the Service

TTcoin Games may:

• Temporarily or permanently suspend services

• Modify game content or rules

• Terminate the Application for technical or commercial reasons

Users may be notified in advance where feasible.

8. Limitation of Liability

TTcoin Games shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:

• Data loss

• Blockchain network issues

• Third-party service interruptions

9. No Guarantee or Profit Commitment

Farming TC is a game and digital experience.

• Farming TC is not an investment platform, financial advisory service, or bank.

• No feature within the Application constitutes a promise of investment, interest, fixed profit, or guaranteed income.

• Digital assets and balances are governed by game mechanics and system rules.
  
  

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All application content, graphics, software, and trademarks are the property of TTcoin Games.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior authorization.

11. Changes to These Terms

TTcoin Games reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be announced within the Application or through official communication channels.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the developer is domiciled.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the developer’s principal place of business.
