1. ลงทะเบียนได้ที่ th.thermaltake.com/ttpass

2. เอกสารที่ต้องใช้ในการลงทะเบียนคือ 

    2.1 สำเนาบัตรประชาชน

    2.2 สำเนาใบเสร็จรับเงินของสินค้าที่ต้องการเคลม

         2.1.1 ซื้อผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ต้องขอใบเสร็จกับทางร้านที่ซื้อเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถแคปหน้าคำสั่งซื้อได้

         2.1.2 ใบเสร็จรับเงินต้องมาจากร้านค้าตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ถูกต้องในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น

         2.1.3 กรณีเป็นบิลเงินสดต้องมีเครื่องหมายการค้า ชื่อ,ที่อยู่และเบอร์โทร ของร้านค้าที่จดทะเบียนการค้าเท่านั้นไม่สามารถใช้ในนามบุคคลได้

         2.1.4 หากเป็นสินค้าที่เคยผ่านการเคลม ต้องมีเอกสารใบเสร็จที่ซื้อสินค้า(ต้นฉบับ) และเอกสารเคลมสินค้าที่มีซีเรียลนัมเบอร์ชัดเจน

3. หลังจากลงทะเบียนเรียบร้อย ลูกค้าต้องติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าเพื่อส่งเอกสาร

การลงทะเบียนไม่ถือว่าเป็นการติดต่อเพื่อขอรับบริการ

หมายเหตุ ของทุกๆบริการ TT PASS

1. Thermaltake Thailand ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 

2. บริการ TT PASS จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อช่วยเหลือและอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับการใช้งานของลูกค้าเท่านั้น หากบริษัทพบว่ามีการนำช่องทาง TT PASS มาแสวงหาผลประโยชน์ บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเคลมสินค้า

3. บริการ TT PASS ต้องติดต่อก่อนสินค้าหมดประกันอย่างน้อย 1 เดือน เนื่องจากมีขั้นตอนในการรับ-ส่งสินค้า หากสินค้ามีปัญหากะทันหันลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อเคลมสินค้ากับทางผู้นำเข้าหรือร้านค้าที่ซื้อได้โดยตรง

4. หากลูกค้าไม่ปฎิบัติตามเงื่อนไขข้างต้น ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเคลมสินค้าผ่านทาง TT PASS ในครั้งถัดไป   

1. ลูกค้าทำการถอดพาวเวอร์ซัพพลาย/แรม ด้วยตนเอง เพื่อเตรียมการจัดส่งให้บริษัทฯ       

2. บริษัทฯ ส่งรถไปรับพาวเวอร์ซัพพลาย/แรม ของลูกค้าที่ได้ถอดไว้และ นำตัวสำรองใช้(พาวเวอร์) หรือ สินค้าตัวใหม่(แรม) ส่งให้กับลูกค้า

3. ขั้นตอนการเคลมสินค้า Thermaltake Thailand จะส่งสินค้าเคลมให้ผู้นำเข้าตรวจสอบ หากพบความเสียหายอันเกิดจากการดัดแปลงหรือตั้งใจทำให้สินค้าเสียหายจะถือว่าสิ้นสุดการรับประกันทันที

4. หลังจากเคลมเสร็จ บริษัทฯ ส่งคืนสินค้าตัวใหม่ที่ได้รับจากการเคลมสินค้าคืนแก่ลูกค้าโดยขนส่งที่ได้ทำการนัดหมาย

5. ลูกค้าคืนตัวสำรองใช้และติดตั้งพาวเวอร์ซัพพลาย/แรม ที่ได้รับด้วยตนเอง

6. สินค้าพาวเวอร์ซัพพลายสำรองใช้เป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัทฯ ลูกค้าไม่สามารถครอบครองเป็นเจ้าของได้และเมื่อได้รับสินค้าเคลมคืนแล้วจะต้องส่งคืนบริษัทฯ ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานครบทุกส่วนพร้อมกล่องของสินค้า       

7. ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าคืน อุปกรณ์/กล่อง กลับมาไม่ครบ ลูกค้าจะต้องเป็นผู้เสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งของกลับคืนบริษัท(ทั้งตัวเคลมและสำรองใช้)   

8. การตรวจสอบสินค้า และผลของการทดสอบอาการของสินค้า ที่บริษัทฯพิจารณาจะถือว่าเป็นที่สิ้นสุด   

 การให้บริการครั้งนี้เป็นการให้บริการพิเศษจาก Thermaltake เพื่อการให้บริการแก่ลูกค้าของ Thermaltake ให้ดีที่สุด                             

เนื่องจากทาง Thermaltake จำหน่ายสินค้าโดยผ่านตัวแทนทางการค้าเท่านั้น จึงไม่มีการจำหน่ายอะไหล่สินค้าโดยตรงให้กับลูกค้าและทางตัวแทนจำหน่ายก็มิได้ทำการจำหน่ายอะไหล่สินค้า

แต่ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นการให้บริการแก่ลูกค้าดีทีสุด อะไหล่สินค้าบางรายการทาง Thermaltake อาจจะให้บริการได้โดยมีจำนวนจำกัด จึงต้องมีความจำเป็นในการขอข้อมูลและหลักฐานบางรายการเพื่อบันทึกและทำรายงานต่อสำนักงานใหญ่

1. การให้บริการครั้งนี้ทาง Thermaltake มิได้คิดค่าใช้จ่ายในรายการชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ของสินค้าที่ขอรับบริการ    

2.  บริการ TT PASS จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อช่วยเหลือและอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับการใช้งานของลูกค้าเท่านั้น หากบริษัทพบว่ามีการนำช่องทาง TT PASS มาแสวงหาผลประโยชน์ บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเคลมสินค้า

3.  บริการ TT PASS ต้องติดต่อก่อนสินค้าหมดประกันอย่างน้อย 1 เดือน 

4.  หากลูกค้าไม่ปฎิบัติตามเงื่อนไขข้างต้น ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเคลมสินค้าผ่านทาง TT PASS ในครั้งถัดไป   

5. สงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะรุ่นกระจกที่มีอยู่ในคลังสินค้าในขณะนั้น เป็นสินค้าที่สามารถจัดจำหน่ายหรือให้บริการได้ตามปกติ ส่วนรุ่นกระจกอื่นที่ไม่อยู่ในคลังสินค้าหรือเลิกผลิตในขณะนั้นจะไม่สามารถสั่งซื้อหรือรับบริการได้

Thermaltake ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ดังนี้

1. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ให้บริการชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่สินค้าตามระยะเวลาประกันของสินค้า โดยจะรับประกันเฉพาะสินค้าที่รับประกันศูนย์ไทยเท่านั้น

2. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินใจและพิจารณาการจัดหาชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ในการให้บริการพิเศษ  โดยถือว่าการตัดสินใจของทาง Thermaltake เป็นที่สิ้นสุด    

3. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์อะไหล่ 1 ชิ้น ต่อ 1 ซีเรียล เท่านั้น 

4. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

 บริษัทฯ ให้บริการประกอบสินค้าโดย ไม่คิดค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม เฉพาะในพื้นที่ กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ทั้งนี้ ลูกค้าต้อง นัดหมายวันและเวลา ล่วงหน้า เฉพาะในวันและเวลาทำการ คือ วันจันทร์ถึงวันศุกร์ เวลา 10:30 – 17:30 น. (ไม่รวมวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์) สำหรับการติดตั้งหรือให้บริการหลังการขาย บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการ ตามดุลยพินิจของช่างผู้ปฏิบัติงานเป็นหลักเพื่อความเหมาะสมกับสภาพหน้างานและความปลอดภัย บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Thermaltake Thailand ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการให้บริการ TT PASS ตามเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้

1. Thermaltake Thailand ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

2. บริการ TT PASS จัดทำขึ้นเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้งานและการเคลมสินค้าของลูกค้าเท่านั้น 

หากบริษัทตรวจพบว่ามีการใช้บริการดังกล่าวเพื่อแสวงหาผลประโยชน์ในทางที่ไม่เหมาะสม บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการรับเคลมสินค้า

3. บริการ TT PASS ต้องติดต่อก่อนสินค้าหมดประกันอย่างน้อย 1 เดือน เนื่องจากมีขั้นตอนในการรับ-ส่งสินค้า หากสินค้ามีปัญหากะทันหันลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อเคลมสินค้ากับทางผู้นำเข้าหรือร้านค้าที่ซื้อได้โดยตรง

4. หากลูกค้าไม่ปฎิบัติตามเงื่อนไขข้างต้น ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเคลมสินค้าผ่านทาง TT PASS ในครั้งถัดไป 

สำหรับการประกอบเก้าอี้ขอสงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะรุ่น: ARGENT E700 เท่านั้น

2. Required documents for registration:

2.1 Copy of ID card

2.2 Copy of product purchase receipt

2.1.1 Online purchases must request an official receipt from the seller. Screenshots of orders are not accepted.

2.1.2 Receipts must be issued by authorized dealers in Thailand only.

2.1.3 Cash receipts must include the store’s registered name, address, phone number, and official trade mark. Personal names are not accepted.

2.1.4 For previously claimed products, both the original purchase receipt and claim document with serial number must be provided.

3. After completing registration, please contact our Customer Service to submit your documents.

Registration alone does not count as a service request.

Notes for All TT PASS Services 

1. Thermaltake Thailand reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

2. TT PASS is a support service for customer convenience only. Any misuse or unauthorized benefit through this program will void warranty claims.

3. TT PASS service requests must be made at least 1 month before warranty expiration.

4. For urgent product issues, please contact the authorized distributor or point of purchase directly.

5. Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in denial of future TT PASS claims.

1. Customers must remove the Power Supply or RAM by themselves before sending it to the company.

2. The company will arrange a pickup for the removed Power Supply/RAM and deliver either a loan unit (for PSU) or a replacement unit (for RAM) to the customer.

3. Thermaltake Thailand will send the claimed product to the authorized importer for inspection.

If any damage is found due to modification, alteration, or intentional misuse, the warranty will be void immediately.

4. After the claim process is complete, the company will deliver the new replacement product to the customer via scheduled logistics.

5. Customers must return the loan unit and install the new Power Supply/RAM by themselves.

6. All loan Power Supply units remain the property of Thermaltake Thailand.

Customers are not allowed to keep or own them.

Once the replacement unit is received, customers must return the loan unit in full working condition with all parts and original packaging.

7. If any parts, accessories, or packaging are missing upon return, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and related costs for both the claimed and loan units.

8. The company’s inspection and test results shall be considered final and conclusive.

This service is a special support program by Thermaltake to provide the best possible assistance to our customers.

As Thermaltake products are sold exclusively through authorized distributors, spare parts are not sold directly to customers, and distributors do not sell parts separately.

However, to ensure the best customer service, Thermaltake may provide limited spare parts for certain models.

Therefore, specific information and supporting documents may be required for record and reporting purposes to the head office.

Service Policy

1. This service is free of charge for the requested spare part.

2. TT PASS is designed solely to assist and support customer convenience.

3. Any misuse or exploitation of the TT PASS channel may result in denial of future service.

4. Customers must contact TT PASS at least 1 month before the product warranty expires.

5. Failure to comply with the above terms may result in denial of future TT PASS services.

Availability

• Service is limited to glass panel models available in stock at the time of request.
  Models not available in the current inventory cannot be ordered or serviced.

Thermaltake Reserves the Right to:

1. Provide spare part service only within the product’s warranty period and for products under official Thai warranty.

2. Make the final decision regarding part availability and special service approval.

3. Limit the service to 1 spare part per product serial number.

4. Modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Thermaltake provides free installation service within Bangkok and metropolitan areas only.
Customers are required to schedule an appointment in advance during business hours (Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM, excluding public holidays).

For installation and after-sales services, the work will be carried out at the technician’s discretion based on on-site conditions and safety considerations.
Thermaltake reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

TT PASS Service Policy

1. Thermaltake Thailand reserves the right to revise or change terms without prior notice.

2. TT PASS service is intended solely to facilitate customer convenience for product use and warranty claims.
   Any misuse or attempt to exploit this service for personal gain may result in service denial.

3. Customers must contact TT PASS at least 1 month before the product warranty expires.
   For urgent product issues, customers may contact the authorized importer or reseller directly.

4. Failure to comply with these terms may result in denial of future TT PASS claims.
