Click on the following link or open your web browser and copy and paste the link in the address bar:
https://201.224.58.6:8443/nxt-ui/#/login
You will be redirected to the following page:
In the Tenant field choose cablew.
Enter your provided username and password.
Then click Sign in to continue.
Once you are signed in, you will be greeted with the search page, if not click the search button to access the search page. (see below)
Once on the search page proceed to perform your modem search.
Type or Paste the cable modem's CMAC into the Search box and click the search button.
If the modem is activated and online it will appear in the Matches field.
Click on the cable modem's CMAC in the matches field and a dropdown field will appear. Click Analyze Modem View to view the modem's parameters.
You will enter the Overview section of he Analyze Modem View page at this point.
In the Over view section you will get information such as, Customer information, Cable modem Uptime, Node number, etc.
Click the SC-QAM (Single Channel QAM) tab to view DOCSIS 3.0 modem parameters.
The SC-QAM tab shows the modem's upstream and downstream parameters. (see below)
Modem Upstream/Downstream (US/DS) parameters available in the SC-QAM view are as follows:
Freq (All US/DS channel frequencies)
Tx Pwr (upstream power levels)
Rx Pwr (downstream power levels)
MER (downstream modulation error ratio)
SNR (US/DS signal to noise ratio)
CER% (percentage of US/DS codewords received on the channel that had unrecoverable errors)
CCER% (percentage of US/DS codewords received on the channel that had recoverable errors)
Click the OFDM/A tab to view DOCSIS 3.1 modem parameters.
Only the downstream OFDM carrier is operational in the Trinidad market. No OFDM/A exist at this time.
The following downstream parameters are available on the OFDM tab view:
Rx Pwr (downstream power levels)
MER (downstream modulation error ratio)
SNR (US/DS signal to noise ratio)
CER% (percentage of US/DS codewords received on the channel that had unrecoverable errors)
CCER% (percentage of US/DS codewords received on the channel that had recoverable errors)
