Tin Shui Wai Eagle Rugby Club was established in August 1995, with the aim to promote the development of rugby among children and youngsters in the local community. Our Club's mission is to enhance parent-child relationship through rugby activities. Parents' participation, companion and encouragement effectively promote family harmony. Rugby provides excellent opportunities for children to maintain physical fitness, develop perseverance and a sense of responsibility, expand social circle and build up team spirit. 

Tin Shui Wai Eagle Rugby Club is a registered member club of The Hong Kong Mini Rugby Football Union under Hong Kong Rugby Union, providing regular rugby training for children aged 4-11 in the local community. We also participate in the mini rugby festivals (contact) or friendly matches among mini rugby clubs.

To strengthen the promotion of rugby in the local community, we introduced touch rugby team in 2023, providing an additional rugby practice channel to children interested in rugby.

The establishment of the touch rugby team has two purposes: 1. to enable players understand and practice different individual/team techniques of touch rugby, in preparation for inter-primary school competitions; 2. to introduce to players the contact skills, providing a complete environment of mini rugby. Be it contact rugby or touch rugby, our Club provides a channel for practice.

Touch rugby team will also actively participate in the competitions or friendly matches organised by touch rugby clubs.

As players reach the age of 12, they can 1. promote to youth rugby section of Tin Shui Wai Rugby Football Club (Pandas), and participate in different contact rugby tournaments of U13-U19; or 2. stay with our Club to continue practicing touch rugby and participate in touch rugby tournaments.

Each player can join three trial training sessions on Sundays between 9:30am-12:30pm at Tin Sau Rugby Pitch/ Tin Yip Road Park Turf Pitch/ Tin Shui Wai Sports Ground.

If one wishes to join our Club after the trial sessions, player can register as a member by submitting the registration fee (HKD450) and membership fee (HKD1200 for Year 2023-2024). Registered player will receive one set of jersey, shorts, socks and mouthguard). One season lasts for one year, from June of current year to May of next year. If one registers as member during January to May of that season, the registration fee (HKD450) and only half price of the membership fee (HKD600) are to be paid.

After registration with our Club, a member must register online on the Hong Kong Rugby Union player registration system.

天水圍飛鷹欖球會成立於一九九五年八月，致力於本區推動欖球發展，希望兒童和青少年有更多機會接觸和瞭解欖球。本會旨在透過欖球活動促進親子關係，家長的參與、陪伴和鼓勵，有效達致家庭和睦。透過欖球，小朋友可以鍛鍊體魄，培養毅力和責任感，擴大社交圈，建立團隊精神。 

天水圍飛鷹欖球會是香港欖球總會旗下小型欖球總會屬會，為區內4-11歲小朋友舉行恆常練習，並參加小型欖球會所舉辦的小型欖球節（接觸式）或進行球會間的比賽。

為進一步向社區推廣欖球運動，我們於2023年首次增設非撞式欖球(Touch Rugby)練習，向區內對欖球有興趣的小朋友提供多一個接觸欖球的途徑。

非撞式欖球隊的成立有兩個目的：1. 為同學深入介紹練習各種非撞式的個人/ 團體技巧，以準備小學學界的校際比賽。2. 練習期間，向大家介紹一些接觸式欖球(Contact Rugby)的技巧，提供一個完整的小型欖球生態。無論是接觸式或非撞式欖球，本會都能提供一個練習途徑給小朋友選擇。

非撞式欖球隊亦會積極參與非撞式欖球會所舉行的比賽，或與友會進行不定期的友賽。

球員滿12歲後，1. 可直接晉升區內天水圍熊貓欖球會的青少年部，繼續參加U13-U19各項接觸式欖球的聯賽；或2. 繼續留在本會進行非撞式欖球的訓練，並安排參加聯賽。

每人可試玩三堂，時間為逢星期日早上9:30至12:30，地點在天秀欖球場/ 天業路公園足球場/ 天水圍運動場。

試玩後如覺得適合可以正式註冊入會。入會需繳付港幣450元註冊費，以及每年繳交會費，今季2023至2024年度為港幣1200元。球員會有一套球衣和牙膠。 一個球季為期一年，由當年6月至翌年5月。如入會時間為當球季的1月至5月，則只需繳交註冊費港幣450元及半年會費港幣600元。

正式入會後，球員必須於香港欖球總會球員登記系統進行網上登記。
