What is a Cottage Home Bakery?
It is a small bakery operated out of someone's home kitchen. Certain baked goods are sold directly to customers. "Cottage Food Laws" are followed. The Health Department is not involved.
What kind of products cannot be sold from a Cottage Home Bakery?
Products that require refrigeration cannot be sold from a home bakery. These would include items such as: Cheesecakes, Cream Pies, anything with fresh fruit.
Are my products nut free?
No. On each of my product labels it clearly states that there could quite possibly be allergens in each of my baked goods. Please read that label carefully before consuming. Do not hesitate to reach out for a list of ingredients before purchasing.
