TSMC NTC

The Newcomer Training Center (NTC) at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) in the Central Science Park was established to provide new TSMC employees with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on training on equipment usage and safety regulations before entering the factory. 

In addition,  32 hours of basic classes on semiconductor equipment components and machine processes are offered on weekends or in Summer time to help graduating students smoothly transition into the workforce. This opportunity allows students to acquire practical skills in the latest semiconductor processing equipment, facilitating their seamless integration into the industry.
