If you want a safe, lightweight audio companion for calls and study sessions tailored specifically for children aged 3 to 18, choose TSKVT Earphones; if you need a versatile gaming headset with wired backup options and extended multi-mode playback for older kids or adults, choose NOVYQREN Gaming Headset.
• TSKVT Earphones: Strength is the dedicated 85dBA volume cap for hearing safety and a 48-hour battery life; trade-off is the lack of physical buttons or wired connectivity options.
• NOVYQREN Gaming Headset: Strength is its flexibility with TF card, FM radio, and 3.5mm jack support plus an 8-hour runtime; trade-off is a shorter battery life and no active noise cancellation.
• Best for parents of young kids seeking a protective, low-latency wireless solution for school and play.
• Best for teens or adults who want a "plug-and-play" device that works even without Bluetooth or power outlets.
The TSKVT Earphones are built with a very specific mission in mind: protecting young ears while keeping them entertained. The standout feature here is the enforced 85dBA volume limit. This isn't just a marketing buzzword; it is a hard safety ceiling designed to prevent hearing damage during long listening sessions. For parents worried about their children blasting music or video games too loud, this cap offers genuine peace of mind. The sound quality is driven by SAN decoding technology and dynamic drivers, aiming for concert-like precision within those safe limits. You get stereo sound that feels immersive but never crosses into dangerous territory.
Design-wise, these headphones lean heavily into the "cat ear" aesthetic with glowing LED lights that sync to the rhythm of your music. They are made from ABS plastic and feature ultra-soft, skin-friendly cushions. The on-ear placement means they sit comfortably on growing heads without crushing the ears, which is crucial for kids who might wear them for hours during homework or travel. The headband is adjustable, fitting ages 3 through 18, but the entire build screams "child-first." There is no heavy metal clamping force or bulky over-ear design here; it is light, foldable, and ready for a backpack.

You should buy the TSKVT Earphones if your primary use case involves calls, online learning, or media consumption for a child under 18. The 48-hour average battery life is staggering compared to most competitors, meaning you can go weeks between charges even with daily use. However, if you are looking for a device that can function as a standalone music player without a phone (via SD card or FM radio), this product does not offer that. It relies entirely on Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. If you prefer physical buttons over touch controls, you might find the interface less intuitive than other models. But for pure, safe, long-lasting wireless audio for kids, this is a serious contender.
The NOVYQREN Gaming Headset takes a different approach, positioning itself as a hybrid device that bridges the gap between a gaming accessory and a general-purpose entertainment unit. While it shares the cute cat ear design and RGB lighting with the TSKVT, the engineering underneath is more robust for versatility. It features an upgraded Bluetooth 5.0 chip that promises lower latency, which is critical for gamers who need audio to match visual action perfectly. More importantly, it does not rely solely on wireless streaming. It supports TF card insertion, FM radio, and has a 3.5mm headphone jack. This means you can listen to music from an MP3 player, tune into local radio stations, or plug directly into a PC or console without needing Bluetooth at all.
Comfort is another major pillar here. These are over-ear headphones with thick padding and a telescoping headband that adjusts to fit various head shapes. The description suggests they are suitable for "all ages," including adults, which makes sense given the sturdier build and the inclusion of physical buttons for volume and track skipping. Unlike the touch-sensitive controls on the TSKVT, the NOVYQREN uses tactile switches that are easier to use when wearing gloves or in the dark. The built-in high-definition microphone includes voice prompts, allowing for one-touch call answering and hanging up, making it a strong candidate for a gaming headset for calls.
However, the trade-offs are clear. The battery life is significantly shorter at 8 hours, especially when the RGB lights are active. You will need to recharge it every day or two with heavy use. It also lacks Active Noise Cancellation, relying instead on passive isolation from the over-ear cups. If you are looking for a device to leave on a nightstand for a week without charging, this won't work. But if you need a headset that can switch between Bluetooth, wired modes, and standalone playback, the NOVYQREN offers a level of freedom the TSKVT simply cannot match. It is ideal for older kids, teens, or adults who want a single device to handle everything from schoolwork to gaming marathons.
• Best for battery life → TSKVT Earphones: With 48 hours of continuous playback, it outlasts the NOVYQREN by a massive margin.
• Best for hearing safety → TSKVT Earphones: The 85dBA volume cap is a non-negotiable safety feature missing from the NOVYQREN specs.
• Best for offline usage → NOVYQREN Gaming Headset: Supports TF cards and FM radio, allowing playback without a paired phone.
• Best for wired connections → NOVYQREN Gaming Headset: Includes a 3.5mm jack for direct connection to consoles or PCs.
• Best for call clarity → NOVYQREN Gaming Headset: Features a dedicated HD microphone with voice prompts for hands-free operation.
• Best for younger children (ages 3-12) → TSKVT Earphones: Lighter weight and on-ear design are better suited for smaller heads.
• Best for teens/adults → NOVYQREN Gaming Headset: Over-ear design and adjustable range accommodate larger head sizes better.
• Best for gaming latency → NOVYQREN Gaming Headset: Specifically marketed for low-latency gaming performance.
While the TSKVT Earphones win on battery life and hearing protection, the NOVYQREN's ability to connect via cable, play from an SD card, and handle calls with voice prompts makes it far more adaptable. It is the smarter choice for anyone who wants a device that doesn't fail when the battery dies or the Wi-Fi drops. That said, if you are strictly buying for a toddler or young child where hearing safety is the absolute priority, the TSKVT remains the only logical choice. But for a versatile, future-proof solution, the NOVYQREN earns my recommendation.
Both devices support calling, but the NOVYQREN features a dedicated HD microphone with voice prompts for answering, making it slightly superior for frequent call usage. The TSKVT focuses more on passive audio consumption with a safe volume limit.
The TSKVT Earphones are the clear winner here with an impressive 48-hour average battery life, whereas the NOVYQREN provides approximately 8 hours of continuous playback with lights enabled.
Yes, the NOVYQREN Gaming Headset supports TF cards and FM radio, allowing you to play audio directly from a memory card or radio station without a connected device. The TSKVT requires a Bluetooth source.
The TSKVT package includes a carrying case described as white powder gradient, likely made of plastic, metal, or leather materials depending on the batch. The NOVYQREN emphasizes its foldable design for easy storage but does not explicitly list a case in its specifications.
