1. The Student Hub functions as a SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

a) The Student Hub Ltd operates on a subscription basis. If a student takes a hiatus or discontinues a course, please be aware that access to the respective class content will be paused.

b) To facilitate smooth course operation, we request that the payment for the forthcoming months' classes be made in advance.

c) In instances of overdue payments, it will be necessary to suspend a student's access to our online classes. We do, however, provide a grace period of one month at our discretion.

d) Rest assured, once any outstanding balances are settled, students are more than welcome to resume their learning journey with us.

e) It's important for students or their parents to notify our administrative team if they intend to take a break or discontinue classes. This helps us manage class schedules and resources effectively.

Failure to inform an admin of any breaks or discontinuation of classes will result in the student being charged for the services as they would have had ongoing access to new class content.

2. Responsibilities for attending and tracking assignments

While The Student Hub makes every effort to facilitate parental supervision and homework tracking, we would like to remind parents and students that the primary responsibility for staying on top of assignments rests with them. We're confident that together we can make learning an enriching experience.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to an admin to find out how we can work together to monitor progress in our premium classes.

3. No distribution of copyrighted material

a) In order to maintain the exclusivity and high standards of our classes, we kindly ask that students refrain from sharing any class-specific links, videos, or proprietary content outside the learning environment.

b) All course materials provided by The Student Hub, including but not limited to lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and additional resources, are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. We greatly appreciate your understanding and respect for our teachers' work.

4. Our learning community

The Student Hub Ltd is committed to fostering a safe and respectful digital learning environment for all students. We expect all members of our online community to uphold standards of appropriate behavior. This includes treating teachers and fellow students with respect, refraining from any form of harassment, and not sharing any harmful or inappropriate content. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or expulsion from our classes. We value everyone's contribution to making The Student Hub a welcoming and positive place for learning.
