Connect 

• Connect parents, staff and administrators to promote the best use of educational research-based best practices and services for ALL of our community's students including those receiving special education services and 504 accommodations.

• Foster parent involvement by providing opportunities for parents to get to know each other, communicate information, provide education and share opportunities for advocacy.

Educate 

• Educate parents and others in the community so that they have the support and resources they need to advocate for equity and meaningful inclusion for all students including those who receive special education services and 504 accommodations.

• Educate parents about the rights of their children as afforded through the ADA, IDEA and section 504 of the Rehabilitation 

Advocate

• Strengthen partnerships between administration, staff, and parents to help increase awareness and implementation of research-based best practices that benefit ALL students, including those receiving special education services and 504 services.

• Promote system-wide changes that will benefit ALL students in Maple Valley and Tahoma School district.
