Welcome to T-Score Tracker By downloading, accessing, or using the application (“App”), you (“the User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Use
This App is designed for personal use to track scores in tennis, padel, pickleball, and badminton, monitor heart rate and calories burned, and capture selfies via the App’s integrated camera feature. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree:
To provide accurate and complete information where required.
Not to use the App for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
To respect the intellectual property rights of T-Score Tracker and third parties.
To manage permissions for health and camera data responsibly through your device’s settings.
3. Paid Application
This App is a paid service. By purchasing the App, you obtain a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it on compatible devices. Refund policies will adhere to those of the App Store from which the App was purchased.
4. Data Management
All data, including scores, health metrics, and photos, is stored locally on your device. We do not store, transmit, or share this data externally. You can delete all data directly from the App at any time, which will permanently remove it from your device.
5. Limitation of Liability
T-Score Tracker is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not responsible for:
Errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the App’s performance.
Loss or damage to data resulting from the use of the App.
Issues arising from user misuse or unauthorized modifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of T-Score Tracker or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be made available within the App and will include an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App without notice if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease.
