We invite paper submissions of novel work (even in the form of initial ideas, and methodology design), summaries of past work that are relevant for the topic or opinion papers. We further allow submissions of short paragraphs/abstracts in which participants are invited to explain their intentions concerning future uses of socially assistive robotic technologies as well. Researchers may also submit paragraphs explaining their research plans and communicating that they do not yet know how to approach either of the psychological or technological perspective and its consequences, as this workshop may help them in coming up with ways how to do this.
Submission guidelines:
Option 1. Extended abstracts: up to 2 pages excluding references (e.g., for short paragraphs/ abstracts / opinion / future plans)
Option 2. Short papers: 3-4 pages excluding references (e.g., for novel work or summary of past work)
We kindly ask the authors to strictly follow the template of the regular paper at the conference for the submissions: https://www.ro-man2024.org/contributing/regularpapersubmission
