Trézor® Suite is the official software interface for managing compatible Trezor hardware wallets. It provides a unified environment where users can connect their device, manage crypto accounts, review portfolios, send and receive supported assets, and configure wallet settings. Trezor offers Suite as a desktop application as well as a web application, with mobile access also available.
Trezor Suite is designed to work alongside a Trezor hardware wallet rather than replacing the physical device. The application prepares transactions and displays account information, while private keys remain on the connected Trezor device. Transaction approvals are performed on the hardware wallet, adding an important security layer to the management process.
Portfolio management: Review supported cryptocurrency balances and account activity.

Step 1: Visit the official website
Open Trezor's official Suite page and verify that the domain is trezor.io.
Step 2: Select your platform
The desktop application is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Trezor also provides a web application and mobile options.
Step 3: Download the application
Choose the appropriate installation package and wait for the download to finish.
Step 4: Install Suite
Open the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen installation instructions.
Step 5: Launch Trezor Suite
After installation, open Suite and connect your compatible Trezor device.
Trezor's official getting-started process guides users through connecting their hardware wallet, completing device setup, creating or recovering a wallet, and making a wallet backup.
Follow these general steps:
Connect your Trezor: Use the appropriate cable or supported connection method.
Check device authenticity: Follow the verification process displayed by Suite and your device.
Install firmware if required: Suite can guide you through the applicable firmware setup.
Create or recover a wallet: Select the appropriate option based on whether the device is new or being restored.
Create your wallet backup: Follow the instructions displayed on your Trezor device.
Set a PIN: Configure the security settings available for your device.
Add supported assets: Enable the networks or accounts you want to manage.
Your wallet backup is one of the most important security components of a Trezor wallet. Trezor states that the backup provides the information necessary to recover access to associated cryptocurrency funds. It should remain private and should not be stored as a digital copy.
Never share your wallet backup with another person.
Never photograph or screenshot your backup.
Do not store the backup in email, cloud storage, or messaging applications.
Never type the backup into a website or computer application.
Only enter backup information when specifically instructed by the Trezor hardware device.
Be suspicious of anyone claiming to be Trezor support and requesting your backup.
Users who prefer not to install the desktop application can access the official Trezor Suite web app. Trezor says the web version provides the same general Suite interface through a browser. The official web application requires a compatible Chromium-based browser for connecting a Trezor through WebUSB.
For most users, Trezor recommends the installed application as the preferred experience. Whichever option you choose, make sure you access the genuine Trezor domain.
Regular updates can introduce new functionality, compatibility improvements, and security-related changes. Trezor's August 2026 Suite update, for example, added HyperEVM support, an ETH vault in DeFi Yield, an improved Receive flow, BIP-321 URI support in the Send form, and a redesigned Activity page.
When an update becomes available, use the update process presented inside the official application. Avoid downloading update files from unsolicited messages or unknown websites.
