Trézor® Suite is the official application designed to help Trezor hardware-wallet users manage cryptocurrency accounts, check balances, review transactions, and perform supported wallet activities. Trezor Suite is available as a desktop application, mobile application, and web version. The official web version can be accessed through Trezor's Suite website.
Unlike a conventional exchange account, accessing Trezor Suite is closely connected to your Trezor hardware wallet. You should therefore keep your device available and follow the authentication instructions displayed by the official Suite application.
Start by visiting the official Trezor website rather than using advertisements, unknown search results, or links received through messages.

Trezor recommends downloading Suite only from its official website or using its official web application.
You can select the option that matches your device:
Desktop: Windows, macOS, or Linux.
Web: Use Trezor Suite through a compatible browser.
Mobile: Use the supported mobile application.
For the web version, Trezor currently recommends Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Opera. Firefox and Safari do not support the required WebUSB functionality.
Connect your Trezor hardware wallet to your computer with a suitable USB data cable. Open Trezor Suite and follow the connection prompts.
For the web version:
Open the official Suite web application.
Connect your Trezor device.
Enter your device PIN when requested.
Allow the browser to communicate with the connected Trezor.
Continue to your accounts.
Trezor states that the Suite web application will never ask you to enter your wallet backup words into the browser.
Before completing a Trézor® Suite Login, keep these precautions in mind:
Use official sources only: Avoid unofficial wallet pages and sponsored links that imitate Trezor.
Check the website address: Confirm that you are visiting the genuine Trezor domain.
Never share your wallet backup: Your backup words should remain private.
Never type your backup into a website: Trezor specifically warns that Suite will not request your wallet backup through a browser.
Keep your device secure: Your Trezor hardware wallet should remain under your control.
Verify transactions: Carefully check transaction information on your Trezor device before approving operations.
If Suite does not recognize your device, try these basic solutions:
Reconnect the Trezor device.
Try another USB data cable.
Use another USB port.
Avoid USB hubs where possible.
Restart Trezor Suite.
Update Suite if an update is available.
Try a supported Chromium-based browser when using the web version.
For additional problems, Trezor provides an official troubleshooting center covering device, Suite, account, and connectivity issues.
