TryOn Me ("we", "our", "the App") is an AI-powered virtual try-on application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

## 2. Information We Collect

### a) Account Information

When you sign in via Google or Apple, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo URL. This is used solely for authentication and account management.

### b) Photos You Provide

You upload photos of yourself and garments to use the virtual try-on feature. These photos are:

- Stored locally on your device

- Sent to Google's Gemini AI service for analysis and image generation

- **Not stored on our servers** and **not shared with any other third party**

### c) Purchase Information

If you buy credits or subscriptions, we record the product purchased, transaction ID, and price. Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store — we never see or store your payment card details.

### d) Usage Data

We collect basic usage data including credit balance, generation count, and last active date to provide the service.

### e) Device Tokens

We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens to send you push notifications about completed generations. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

## 3. How We Use Your Information

- To authenticate your identity and maintain your account

- To process your photos through AI for virtual try-on and styling advice

- To manage your credit balance and purchase history

- To send notifications when your AI generations are ready

- To improve the app experience

- Account data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with security rules that restrict access to your own data

- Photos and AI analysis results are stored locally on your device

- Server-side operations use Firebase Cloud Functions with authenticated access

- All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption

## 6. Data Retention & Deletion

- You can delete your account at any time from within the app

- Account deletion removes all your data from our servers (Firestore profile, purchase history, generation logs)

- Local data (photos, history, wardrobe) is also cleared on account deletion

- If you uninstall the app, local data is automatically removed by your device

## 7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

## 8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

- Access your personal data (visible in your profile and history)

- Delete your account and all associated data

- Opt out of push notifications via device settings
