Welcome to Tryify (“Tryify”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”, “EULA”) govern your access to and use of the Tryify mobile application (“App”), services, AI-generation features, and any associated content.
By downloading, installing, or using Tryify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
Tryify is an AI-powered virtual try-on application that enables users to visualize how clothing might look on them by generating AI-based try-on images using user-uploaded photographs. The App uses advanced AI models, including Google Gemini, to create these outputs.
The App is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may use Tryify only if:
You are at least 3 years old.
You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Not impersonate another person
Keep your login credentials confidential
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
When using Tryify, you may upload photos and related content to generate AI try-on images.
By uploading content, you grant Tryify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Process your images using AI models
Generate and return AI images to you
Temporarily store content as needed for service operation
We do NOT:
Sell your images
Use them for advertising or AI training without consent
Share them with third parties except essential service providers (e.g., Gemini)
You maintain full ownership of your original images.
You agree not to upload:
Nudity, sexual content, or explicit material
Images of minors (other than yourself if you are a minor with guardian consent)
Copyrighted materials without permission
Photos of others without their consent
Harmful, violent, or illegal content
Images intended to deceive, impersonate, or harass
We may remove content or suspend accounts violating these rules.
Tryify uses AI algorithms that may produce results that are:
Inaccurate
Unrealistic
Distorted
Imperfect
Affected by lighting, angles, and clothing patterns
You agree that AI outputs:
Are for entertainment and visual approximation only
Should not be considered exact product representations
Are not guaranteed to match reality
Tryify is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated images.
Tryify offers premium auto-renewable subscriptions.
Tryify Pro Weekly
Provides unlimited access to premium try-on features and up to 12 Tryons, higher-quality generations, and faster AI processing.
Duration: 1 week (Auto-renewing)
Virtual Tryon Pro
Provides unlimited access to premium AI features and up to 12 Tryons.
Duration: 1 week (Auto-renewing)
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the subscription expires.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions at:
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions
Partial subscription periods
Early cancellation
Unused features
Tryify and all related content—including logos, UI, designs, software code, and trademarks—are owned by Tryify or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy
Modify
Reverse-engineer
Resell
Distribute
Create derivative works
Any unauthorized use may result in account termination or legal action.
Your use of Tryify is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You must review and agree to it separately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tryify is not liable for:
Loss of data
Device damage
Inaccurate AI outputs
Delays or service interruptions
Unauthorized access to your account
Third-party services used within the App
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
You use the App at your own risk.
Tryify provides AI-generated visuals for entertainment and visualization purposes only.
It does not provide fashion advice, body analysis, or professional recommendations.
We do not guarantee:
That the App will be available at all times
That AI processing will be error-free
That servers will always be functional
We may modify, update, or discontinue features without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
Violate these Terms
Upload harmful or illegal content
Attempt to misuse the AI models
Abuse the subscription system
Upon termination, you lose access to:
The App
Generated content stored on servers
Subscription benefits
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
India
The jurisdiction applicable to your App Store region.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts of the governing region.
