Privacy Policy — TRY AGAIN
Effective date: June 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TRY AGAIN (“the App”) handles information. The App is developed by PabloMafia (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us at pabloexcomafia@gmail.com.
TRY AGAIN is designed to work without requiring an account, and your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our own servers because we do not operate backend servers for the App. The App uses third-party Google services for advertising and in-app purchases, and those services may process limited data as described below.
We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to our own servers. The App stores certain information locally on your device only, including your chosen pilot name, selected ship or cosmetics, game progress such as high scores, statistics, achievements and unlocked items, settings such as audio, vibration and graphics preferences, and purchase entitlement flags such as whether “No Ads” has been purchased. This data is stored locally on your device and can be removed at any time through the in-app Delete Save Data option or by uninstalling the App.
a) Google AdMob (Advertising)
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process data such as device identifiers including the Advertising ID, IP address, general device information, ad interaction data, and approximate, non-precise usage data. Google handles this data under its own policies, including:
If you purchase No Ads, banner and interstitial ads are removed, but optional rewarded ads may still be available if you choose to watch them.
b) Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases)
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details or other payment credentials. Google provides only the purchase status information needed for the App to unlock or restore purchased content. More information is available in the Google Privacy Policy.[policies.google]
c) Google Play Services
The App may use Google Play Services for standard Android functionality related to ads, billing, and related platform features.[business.safety]
The App may request internet and network access because these are required for ads and in-app purchases to function properly. The App may use vibration for optional haptic feedback that can be controlled in the Settings menu. The App may also use the Advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) for AdMob advertising. The App does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, or external storage access.[stackoverflow][ppl-ai-file-upload.s3.amazonaws][support.google]
TRY AGAIN is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children to our own systems. Ads are served through Google’s services under the App’s current configuration. If you later decide to target children, you must reconfigure the App and update this Privacy Policy and your Play Console disclosures accordingly.[support.google]
You can reset your Advertising ID or manage ad personalization settings through your Android device settings and Google account controls. You can delete all locally stored game data at any time by using the in-app Delete Save Data option or by uninstalling the App. Depending on your region, you may also have legal rights regarding data processed by Google, and those rights can generally be exercised through Google’s own privacy tools and policies because we do not store personal data on our own servers.[ppl-ai-file-upload.s3.amazonaws][support.google]
We do not retain personal data on our own servers. Data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it through the App or uninstall the App. Any data processed by Google’s SDKs or services is retained and secured according to Google’s own policies and practices.[ppl-ai-file-upload.s3.amazonaws][support.google]
The App may be available in multiple countries, and data processed by Google’s services may be handled in different countries in accordance with Google’s policies.[policies.google]
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App changes. When we do, we will update the Effective date at the top of this page.[support.google]
