Access "Editor"

the ifLink recipe editor is a recipe creation and management tool that can be accessed from a PC or smartphone web browser. You can create, set, and distribute recipes.

From the top screen of the ifLink engine, tap "Editor".

Normally, you will be automatically logged in with your ifLink engine account, but if the login screen is displayed,

Enter the same user name and password as the account name and password registered with the ifLink engine of the terminal.

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the ruleset list screen, so let's create a recipe.

Create and deliver recipes

Think about the recipe you want to use (IF ~, THEN ~) and create a recipe.
For example, if it rains, notify your smartphone, etc. Let's think about the recipe by referring to the "Module list".

Tap "+ Recipe" to create a recipe.
Select "+ Action" to create IF and THEN actions. You can set multiple actions in one recipe.
Select + IF, select the IF module, and select OK. Similarly, select "+ THEN", select the module of THEN, and then select "OK".
Review the action you created and select OK.
You can change the name of the recipe action by selecting "Recipe (underlined dotted line)" or "Action (underlined dotted line)" at the top of the screen. This completes the recipe creation.
In order to execute the recipe created subsequently, it is necessary to deliver the recipe to the terminal. Tap "Deliver by specifying the device".
A confirmation screen will appear, so select "Deploy".
Pip from the delivery destination terminal! Delivery is complete when you hear a beep and the message "Rules have been updated" is displayed.
※If you have multiple devices with the ifLink engine installed, you need to select the device that will execute the recipe you created. (If there is only one device linked to your account, the device selection screen will not be displayed.) You can check the device number by tapping the hamburger menu at the top of the app and clicking [IFLINK ****] at the top right of the displayed screen. increase.

Download additional programs to run the recipe

Prepare the terminal and the module selected in the recipe creation, and download additional programs if necessary.

Start the ifLink engine of the terminal.
To operate the recipe, it is necessary to install the program required to execute the recipe: IMS (ifLink microservice). Tap the "Recipe" menu in the ifLink engine app to see if the recipe can be run.
If the recipe you want to run has a download mark (red down arrow), you need to add an IMS (ifLink microservice) installation.
※If the download mark is not displayed, proceed to 4.
By tapping the download mark, you will be automatically directed to Google Play, so install IMS.
※There is no need to reinstall what you have installed once.
※Some IMS require authorization permission.
When the download mark is displayed, you are ready to go! The IF-THEN combination recipe you have set will work. Let's move the IF module and see if the THEN module works.
