Beta Test Participants may use the ifLink Beta Test Environment provided they agree to the terms of this Agreement and other ifLink rules (meaning any rules that apply to Beta Test Participants regarding ifLink). (5) "Microservice" means an application that has a function to connect a module and an ifLink application.
(6) "Recipe" means an idea about how to combine microservices or information that expresses the combination.
(7) "Beta test environment" means a combination of beta test server environment, this system, microservices and recipes.
(8) "ifLink data" means the information acquired from the module, the recipe and the execution log information of the ifLink application, which are recorded in this beta test environment.
(9) "Devices, etc." means smartphones, tablet terminals, communication devices, software, servers, Internet connection lines, and other devices, equipment, and environments necessary for using this beta test environment (this device, etc.). (10) "Account Information" means the login ID and password required to use this beta test environment.
(11) "Beta test participant" means a person who downloads and uses the ifLink app on his / her smartphone or tablet device.
(12) "Personal information" means the information specified in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information".
(13) "System provider" means a person who directly or indirectly grants the right to use this system to this corporation (including a company in which this person directly or indirectly holds a majority of voting rights. I say).
(14) "Usage Fee" means the fee paid to the corporation as consideration for the use of this beta test environment, regardless of the name.
(15) "Licensed area" means the whole world. However, if there are economic sanctions based on the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law, or other reasonable reasons, the corporation may, at its discretion, exclude the economic sanctions from the licensed area of the target country. Article 1.2 (Applicable)

This agreement aims to establish the terms of use of this beta test environment and the rights and obligations between the beta test participants and our corporation regarding the use of this beta test environment, and between the parties involved in this beta test environment. Applies to all relationships. We provide this beta test environment to beta test participants provided that they comply with these Terms and other ifLink rules.
Article 1.3 (Changes to this agreement, etc.)

Chapter 2 Preparation for using this beta test environment
Article 2.1 (Application for use)

Article 2.2 (Change of application information)

Article 2.3 (Preparation of this equipment, etc.)

Chapter 3 Use of this beta test environment

Article 3.2 (Users of this beta test environment)
1. This beta test environment can be used only by the user who has agreed to this agreement and applied for use.
Article 3.3 (Contents of this beta test environment, etc.)
1. The corporation may add, change or terminate all or part of the contents of this beta test environment at any time without obtaining the consent of the beta test participants (hereinafter referred to as "additions, etc." in this article. )can.
2. If we add this beta test environment, we can add it without prior notice to the beta test participants.
3. The corporation will not be liable for any disadvantages caused to beta test participants due to the addition of this beta test environment in Section 2.
Article 3.4 (Notice regarding improvement of this beta test environment, etc.)

Article 3.5 (Third-party software required to use this beta test environment, etc.)

2. Beta test participants agree that this beta test environment may not be available due to reasons such as the license of software etc. by the third party in the preceding paragraph or the termination of support.
3. Beta test participants shall, at their own risk and expense, update the operating system (OS) related to this device, etc., and install applications provided by third parties other than this corporation on this device, etc. I can.
4. If free software is used in all or part of this beta test environment, the provisions of this agreement do not apply to the part to which the license of the free software is applied, and it supersedes the provisions of this agreement. Then, the terms of use of the free software shall apply.
5. We do not guarantee the reason of paragraph 2, the update and installation of paragraph 3, and the terms of use of the preceding paragraph, including the operation guarantee of this system. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused to beta test participants due to such reasons, updates or installations, or terms of use.
Chapter 4 Precautions for using this beta test environment
Article 4.1 (Non-guaranteed)
We are responsible for defect warranty, function, performance, accuracy, and scientific validity, whether explicit or not, with respect to this beta test environment, this system and the ifLink app, and the information provided by them. , Completeness, reliability (including no malfunction), non-infringement of the rights of third parties, continuous provision, and other matters are not guaranteed.
Article 4.2 (Use of this system, etc. related to this beta test environment)
1. Beta Test Participants shall use the Beta Test Environment, the System and the ifLink App, and the information provided by them at their own discretion and responsibility. When a beta test participant records information about a user on this beta test environment or uses the information, the user can verify the purpose of use, etc. clearly, concretely and ex post facto in advance. The necessary consent shall be obtained in such a form, and when requested by the corporation, the consent shall be clearly stated to the corporation.
2. In the event of a dispute between Beta Test Participants or between Beta Test Participants and a third party regarding the use or consent of the Beta Test Participants in the preceding paragraph, Beta Test Participants shall be at their own expense and responsibility. We shall handle this. We are not involved in any dispute that arises between beta test participants.
3. If the corporation receives a warning, request, petition, etc. from a third party regarding the use or consent of paragraph 1, the beta test participants will promptly respond to the warning, etc. of the corporation (system). Article 4.3 (Account information management)
1. Beta test participants shall use their account information in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
2. Beta test participants must not disclose or leak account information to a third party, and may not permit, lend, transfer, change the name, buy or sell, provide collateral, etc. to a third party. It shall not be. In addition, Beta Test Participants may not use their account information for any purpose other than that expressly permitted by these Terms.
3. Beta test participants will properly grasp the account information and will strictly manage it with the care of a good manager, such as not posting the account information in a place where it can be seen by a third party.
4. Beta test participants shall immediately contact the corporation and follow the instructions of the corporation if the account information is found to be stolen, lost, forgotten, or used by a third party. will do.
5. Any act performed using the account information of the beta test participant shall be regarded as the act of the beta test participant himself / herself, and the beta test participant shall be liable to the corporation for the act. .. We are not liable for any disadvantages of beta test participants or third parties caused by violations of the preceding paragraphs, such as the use of account information by third parties.
Article 4.4 (Restrictions on communication use)
1. The corporation may or may not be able to use the beta test participants due to excessive load on the telecommunications equipment of the corporation or its subcontractors, which may interfere with the use of other beta test participants. If you do, you can limit the use of this beta test environment by beta test participants.
2. We are not responsible for any disadvantage caused to beta test participants due to the restrictions set forth in the preceding paragraph.
Article 4.5 (Prohibited acts)
Beta test participants shall not perform any of the following acts regarding the use of this beta test environment.

(7) Reproduction, adaptation, and public transmission (including enabling transmission) of this beta test environment, software, applications, or contents related to this system or ifLink application, beyond the scope permitted by this agreement. , Re-licensing, remodeling, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, etc.
(8) Acts that make the computer difficult to use due to multiple connections to the computer of this corporation or a third party, transmission or posting of harmful computer programs, viruses, etc., or reception by a third party Actions to put it in a possible state, other actions that interfere with the provision of services related to ifLink of this corporation or a third party, the use of equipment, etc., and the actions (software and data stored in the server related to this beta test environment) Includes actions that destroy the functions of the computer, such as erasing), or actions that may cause such actions.
(9) Acts of collecting personal information of third parties by improper means, acts that violate other laws and regulations, or acts that violate public order and morals
(10) An act of having a third party perform an act that falls under any of the preceding items, or an act of leaving the act unattended without taking appropriate measures while knowing that the act by a third party exists.
(11) Other acts that the corporation deems inappropriate from the viewpoint of the purpose of use of this beta test environment stipulated in Article 3.1.
Chapter 5 Stopping this beta test environment, etc.
Article 5.1 (Suspension of use of this beta test environment)

Article 5.2 (Discontinuation of this beta test environment)
1. The corporation may discontinue the provision of this beta test environment to beta test participants if any of the following items apply.
(1) When a third party who provides necessary services, etc. to this corporation suspends, suspends, suspends, or restricts the provision of such services, etc. regarding this beta test environment.
(2) When it is unavoidable due to maintenance or construction of equipment or system necessary for providing this beta test environment

(4) When it becomes difficult to provide this beta test environment due to the suspension of the provision of telecommunications services by a telecommunications carrier that owns transmission line equipment or a telecommunications carrier overseas.

2. If we discontinue the provision of this beta test environment pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, we may notify the beta test participants in advance. However, this does not apply in case of unavoidable circumstances such as an emergency.
3. The corporation will not be liable for any disadvantage caused to beta test participants due to the discontinuation of the provision of this beta test environment based on this article.
Article 5.3 (End of this beta test environment)
1. We may terminate the provision of all or part of this beta test environment at any time at our convenience without prior notice.
2. The corporation is not responsible for any disadvantage caused to the beta test participants due to the termination of the provision of this beta test environment based on this article.
Chapter 6 Usage Fees, etc.
Article 6.1 (Usage fee)

2. Communication costs and other costs required to use this beta test environment (including communication costs incurred to send the provided data) will be borne by the beta test participants.
Chapter 7 Application period of this agreement, etc.
Article 7.1 (Application period of this agreement)

Article 7.2 (End of application due to the end of this beta test environment)

Chapter 8 Intellectual Property Rights and Information Management
Article 8.1 (Intellectual property rights and licenses)

Article 8.2 (Handling of ifLink data)

Chapter 9 No Competition
Article 9.1 (No competition)
Beta Test Participants are eligible for the ifLink App or software that has the same or similar functionality as the IfLink App or the System, both domestically and internationally, during the period of Beta Test Participant Qualification and for three years from the time of loss of Beta Test Participant Qualification. We shall not develop, use, license, sell, or otherwise compete with any act that the corporation implements regarding this agreement or other ifLink rules. This does not apply to the use, license or sale of certified software.
Chapter 10 General Provisions
Article 10.1 (Confidentiality)
1. Beta test participants and this corporation will not disclose or leak information about the other party that they have learned about this beta test environment to a third party, unless otherwise explicitly permitted by the ifLink rule. , Will not be used for any purpose other than providing this beta test environment. However, information that falls under any of the following is excluded.
(1) Information that was publicly known at the time of disclosure
(2) Information that became publicly known after disclosure without any reason attributable to one's own blame
(3) Information that you already possessed at the time of disclosure
(4) Information legally obtained from a third party with legitimate authority
(5) Information requested to be disclosed by an order from a court or government office
2. The provisions of this Article shall continue to be valid for three years after the application of this Agreement ends.
