This Privacy Policy explains how Try AnyFit (“Try AnyFit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Try AnyFit mobile application and its related features, collectively referred to as the “App.”
Try AnyFit is an artificial intelligence virtual try-on and clothes-changing application. It allows users to select photographs and clothing references to create AI-generated outfit previews.
Try AnyFit does not require users to create an account and does not maintain its own cloud-based library of uploaded photographs, prompts, generated images, or generation history.
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the App or submit photographs for AI processing.
Try AnyFit is operated by:
Developer: Ahmed Shahzad
Contact Email: ahmadshahzadkhan123@gmail.com
Questions about this Privacy Policy or the handling of information may be sent to the email address above.
Try AnyFit is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
The App is not directed to children or minors. Users must not upload photographs of anyone under 18 or use the App to generate content involving minors.
We do not knowingly request or maintain personal information from children.
If you believe that a minor’s information has been submitted through the App, contact us at ahmadshahzadkhan123@gmail.com.
Because Try AnyFit does not maintain its own storage of submitted photographs or generated images, we may not possess a stored copy to delete. We will nevertheless review the report and take reasonable action where possible.
Try AnyFit is designed according to the following privacy principles:
No traditional user account is required.
Try AnyFit does not maintain its own cloud storage of uploaded photographs.
Try AnyFit does not maintain its own cloud storage of generated images.
Try AnyFit does not maintain a cloud-based generation history.
Photographs and instructions are transmitted to a third-party AI provider only to process the requested generation.
Generated results are returned to the App and may be saved to your device at your direction.
The daily generation counter is maintained locally on your device.
Subscription payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Try AnyFit does not receive or store your full payment card information.
Try AnyFit does not sell your photographs or personal information.
Try AnyFit does not use your photographs to train an AI model owned by Try AnyFit.
Try AnyFit does not use uploaded photographs for targeted advertising.
The sections below explain these practices in greater detail.
Try AnyFit does not require you to create a separate user account with the developer.
We do not ask you to create a Try AnyFit:
Username
Password
Personal profile
Public profile
Cloud gallery
Cloud generation history
Your subscription is associated with the Apple Account used to complete the App Store purchase.
Apple manages the Apple Account, payment method, subscription purchase, renewal status, and related transaction information under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.
Try AnyFit does not receive your Apple Account password or full payment card details.
To use the AI virtual try-on feature, you may select or provide:
A photograph of yourself
A photograph of another consenting adult
A clothing image
An outfit reference
A style reference
Other visual material needed for the requested generation
Photographs may contain personal information visible within the image, including:
A face
A body
Clothing
Hair
Skin appearance
Accessories
Surroundings
Objects
Other people
Location clues visible in the background
Try AnyFit processes the selected image only to provide the AI generation you requested.
Try AnyFit does not maintain a permanent copy of the selected photograph on developer-controlled cloud storage.
Depending on the features available in the App, Try AnyFit may request permission to access:
Photographs you select from your photo library
Your camera, when you choose to take a new photograph
Your photo library for saving a generated result
These permissions are used only to provide the feature you select.
For example:
Photo access allows you to choose an image for processing.
Camera access allows you to take a photograph for processing.
Save access allows the App to place a generated image in your device’s photo library.
You can manage camera and photo permissions through your device settings.
Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Try AnyFit does not intentionally scan or create a cloud copy of your entire photo library.
When requesting a generation, you may provide or select information such as:
Clothing categories
Outfit styles
Gender or presentation selections
Colors
Clothing references
Generation settings
Text prompts
Other instructions
These instructions are used to produce the requested AI-generated image.
Try AnyFit does not maintain its own cloud-based history of your prompts or generation instructions.
The selected instructions may be transmitted to the third-party AI provider together with the image because they are necessary to process the request.
Try AnyFit uses a third-party artificial intelligence service provider to create outfit previews.
When you submit a generation request, the selected photograph, clothing reference, prompt, and related instructions are transmitted to the AI provider for processing.
The AI provider analyzes the submitted material and creates a generated result. The result is then returned to the App.
This processing is necessary to provide the feature you requested. An AI-generated result cannot be created without transmitting the necessary image and instructions to the AI processing provider.
By selecting an image and confirming the generation request after the App’s processing disclosure, you authorize the transmission of the selected content to the third-party AI provider for this purpose.
Your submitted content is not shared with the AI provider for targeted advertising by Try AnyFit.
Try AnyFit does not use your uploaded photographs to train an AI model owned by Try AnyFit.
Although Try AnyFit does not maintain its own stored library of user photographs or generated images, the third-party AI provider must temporarily receive and process the submitted material to create the result.
During this process, the provider may temporarily:
Receive the image
Transmit the image through its infrastructure
Process the image
Cache technical copies
Create the generated output
Maintain security or abuse-prevention logs
Retain limited information where required by its service terms or legal obligations
The exact technical processing and temporary retention period may depend on the provider used by Try AnyFit.
Third-party providers operate their own systems and may apply their own:
Privacy policies
Data-processing terms
Security measures
Temporary retention periods
Abuse-prevention procedures
Legal requirements
Try AnyFit selects service providers for the purpose of operating the App, but Try AnyFit does not control every internal technical process used by an independent provider.
You should not submit information that is unnecessary for the virtual try-on request.
In particular, you should avoid uploading images containing:
Financial information
Government identification
Medical records
Private documents
Passwords
Account numbers
Confidential business information
Highly sensitive personal information
Information belonging to a person who has not consented
After processing, the AI-generated result is returned to the App.
Try AnyFit does not maintain its own cloud-based gallery or generation history containing your generated images.
You may choose to save a generated image to your device.
When you save an image, it may be stored in:
Your device’s photo library
A device backup
An iCloud backup
Another backup service you have enabled
A third-party application to which you export or share it
Those storage locations are controlled by you, Apple, your device settings, or the third-party service you choose.
Try AnyFit does not control how a generated image is handled after you save, export, share, publish, or upload it elsewhere.
Deleting Try AnyFit does not automatically delete images already saved in your device’s photo library.
Deleting an image from your device does not send a copy to Try AnyFit and does not require a deletion request to Try AnyFit.
The App or its service providers may create temporary technical files while processing or displaying a generation.
Temporary files may be required to:
Upload the selected photograph
Transmit the generation request
Display processing progress
Receive the generated result
Show the result within the App
Handle failed or interrupted requests
Try AnyFit does not intentionally preserve these temporary files as a permanent cloud-based user gallery.
Temporary device files may be removed automatically by the App, the operating system, or when the App is deleted.
Temporary files processed by the third-party AI provider are subject to that provider’s technical and retention practices.
Try AnyFit subscriptions allow up to 20 AI generations per day.
The App may maintain limited information locally on your device to operate this limit, including:
The number of generation requests submitted during the current day
The date associated with the current usage period
The time at which the daily allowance resets
Whether the daily limit has been reached
Local subscription-access information needed to display features
The daily generation limit resets at 12:00 a.m. local time based on the date and time recognized by your device.
This local operational information is not used to create a cloud-based personal profile.
Try AnyFit does not maintain a developer-controlled cloud history showing the content of your previous generations.
Changing devices, deleting the App, changing device settings, restoring a purchase, or reinstalling the App may affect locally stored operational information.
Users must not manipulate device time, date, time zone, App files, or other technical settings to avoid the daily usage limit.
Try AnyFit offers weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.
Apple processes subscription payments.
Try AnyFit does not directly collect or store:
Full credit card numbers
Debit card numbers
Bank account numbers
Apple Account passwords
Payment security codes
The App may receive limited purchase or subscription information from Apple or through Apple’s purchase-verification tools, such as:
The subscription product selected
Whether a subscription is active
Purchase status
Renewal status
Expiration status
Trial eligibility or status
Transaction confirmation
Entitlement status
Whether a purchase was restored
This limited information is used only to:
Confirm access to paid features
Restore purchases
Display subscription status
Prevent unauthorized access
Troubleshoot purchase issues
Comply with App Store requirements
Apple’s handling of payment and Apple Account information is governed by Apple’s own privacy practices.
The App may access limited device information required for its basic operation, such as:
Operating-system version
App version
Device language
Device region
Local date
Local time
Time-zone setting
Internet-connection status
Basic compatibility information
This information may be used to:
Operate the local daily-generation reset
Present the App correctly
Diagnose compatibility problems
Maintain App functionality
Display the appropriate subscription products
Prevent technical misuse
Try AnyFit does not use this information to create an advertising profile.
Try AnyFit does not operate a developer-controlled analytics database containing your uploaded photographs, generated images, or generation history.
Depending on your Apple device settings, Apple may make limited crash, performance, or diagnostic information available to app developers.
Such information may include:
App version
Device model
Operating-system version
Crash details
Performance details
Technical error information
This information may be used to identify bugs, crashes, compatibility issues, and performance problems.
Diagnostic reports made available through Apple are subject to Apple’s privacy practices and your device analytics settings.
Try AnyFit does not intentionally include your submitted photographs within developer diagnostic reports.
If you contact us by email, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, including:
Your email address
Your name
Your message
Screenshots
Purchase details
Technical information
Attachments
Other information included in your support request
Support communications are separate from the App’s AI image-processing feature.
We use support information only to:
Respond to your request
Investigate a reported issue
Provide technical assistance
Address a complaint
Handle a legal or privacy inquiry
Protect the App from fraud or misuse
Do not attach private photographs to a support email unless they are genuinely necessary to explain the problem.
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records of the request, prevent abuse, or meet applicable obligations.
You may request deletion of support information by contacting us, although certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or another valid obligation.
Information processed through Try AnyFit may be used to:
Provide AI virtual try-on features
Generate requested outfit previews
Process selected photographs and clothing references
Return generated images
Display subscription access
Restore App Store purchases
Enforce the 20-generation daily limit
Reset the daily limit at local midnight
Maintain App security
Detect prohibited or abusive requests
Prevent manipulation of usage controls
Troubleshoot technical problems
Respond to support communications
Improve reliability and compatibility
Comply with valid obligations
Protect users, service providers, and the App
Try AnyFit does not use submitted photographs to build a developer-controlled personal profile.
Try AnyFit does not maintain its own cloud database containing:
User accounts
Account passwords
User profiles
Uploaded photograph libraries
Clothing-image libraries
Prompt histories
Generated-image galleries
Generation histories
Facial-recognition profiles
Biometric identification profiles
Full payment card information
Try AnyFit does not use uploaded images to identify who you are.
The App processes the visual content of an image for the requested outfit generation, not for identity authentication or surveillance.
Information may be shared only where necessary with the following categories of recipients:
Selected photographs, clothing references, prompts, and instructions are transmitted to the AI provider to create the requested result.
Apple processes subscriptions, billing, renewals, cancellations, transaction verification, and purchase restoration.
Limited technical processing may be performed by hosting, network, security, or cloud infrastructure providers used to deliver the generation request.
Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:
Respond to a valid legal request
Protect someone from serious harm
Investigate fraud
Prevent exploitation or abuse
Enforce applicable rights
Protect the security of the App
Report apparent unlawful content involving minors
Because Try AnyFit does not maintain its own stored library of user-generated content, the information available to disclose may be limited.
Try AnyFit does not sell uploaded photographs, generated images, prompts, support information, or other personal information.
Try AnyFit does not rent user information to advertisers.
Try AnyFit does not share uploaded photographs with data brokers.
Try AnyFit does not use uploaded photographs for cross-app targeted advertising.
Uploaded photographs and generated images are not used by Try AnyFit to:
Create advertising audiences
Personalize third-party advertisements
Measure advertising across unrelated apps
Build marketing profiles
Sell fashion or appearance profiles
Identify users across other services
Submitted photographs are processed only to provide the requested generation, maintain safety, prevent abuse, and meet valid obligations.
The AI generation feature requires transmission of the selected image and instructions to a third-party AI provider.
Before submitting a generation, the App should present a clear disclosure explaining that the selected content will be sent to a third-party AI service for processing.
By proceeding after that disclosure, you consent to the transfer and processing necessary to create the result.
You may decline by not submitting the generation request.
Withdrawing or declining consent means the AI generation feature cannot be provided, because the selected photograph cannot be processed without the AI provider.
You control whether to use the AI generation feature.
You may choose to:
Avoid uploading a photograph
Use a photograph that contains less identifying information
Crop unnecessary background details before uploading
Decline camera access
Decline photo-library access
Remove App permissions through device settings
Avoid saving generated images
Delete saved images from your device
Cancel a subscription through your Apple Account
Delete the App
Contact us regarding support information you previously provided
Because Try AnyFit does not maintain a cloud gallery or generation account, there is no Try AnyFit account page containing stored photos for you to delete.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as the right to request:
Access
Correction
Deletion
Restriction
Objection
Withdrawal of consent
Information about processing
Try AnyFit generally cannot provide copies of uploaded photographs, prompts, generated images, or generation history because Try AnyFit does not maintain its own stored copies of that content.
Images saved to your device must be accessed or deleted through your device or photo-library settings.
For information contained in support communications, you may contact:
ahmadshahzadkhan123@gmail.com
Include enough information for us to identify your support correspondence.
We may need to verify that the request concerns information you provided.
Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or another valid obligation.
Try AnyFit applies the following general retention approach:
Try AnyFit does not retain uploaded photographs or prompts in a developer-controlled cloud library after processing.
Try AnyFit does not retain generated images in a developer-controlled cloud gallery.
Generated images may remain on your device when you choose to save them.
Daily generation-count information may remain locally on your device while the App is installed or as otherwise managed by the operating system.
Subscription entitlement information may be available through Apple for as long as Apple maintains the relevant transaction or subscription record.
Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, address disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain appropriate business records.
Temporary retention by the AI provider is governed by the provider’s processing terms, technical practices, security requirements, and legal obligations.
Try AnyFit uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information during processing.
These measures may include secure transmission methods and limiting developer-controlled storage.
However, no application, device, internet connection, cloud provider, or transmission method is completely secure.
Risks may include:
Unauthorized device access
Compromised Apple Accounts
Insecure networks
Device malware
Third-party service incidents
Accidental sharing
Images saved to unsecured photo libraries
Images uploaded to other services by the user
You are responsible for protecting your device, Apple Account, passwords, backups, saved images, and any services to which you export generated content.
The third-party AI provider and technical infrastructure used by Try AnyFit may operate in countries or regions different from your location.
As a result, submitted photographs, prompts, and generated results may be transmitted to and processed in another country or region.
Privacy and data-protection rules may differ between locations.
By choosing to submit a generation request after the App’s disclosure, you understand that the selected content will be transmitted as necessary to provide the requested AI processing.
Try AnyFit is not intended for anyone under 18.
You must not upload a photograph of a minor, even when:
You are the parent or guardian
The image appears harmless
The purpose is fashion-related
The requested result is not sexual
The minor has agreed
The image is intended only for private use
This restriction is part of Try AnyFit’s safety rules and applies to every generation request.
If we learn that content involving a minor has been submitted, we may take reasonable action, including blocking the request or notifying the relevant service provider where appropriate.
Try AnyFit may provide access to or rely on services operated by third parties, including Apple and the AI processing provider.
This Privacy Policy describes Try AnyFit’s practices. It does not replace the privacy policies of independent third parties.
When you use a third-party service, its own terms and privacy policy may apply.
Try AnyFit is not responsible for the privacy practices of services that you independently use to save, share, upload, or publish a generated image.
If Try AnyFit is transferred, sold, reorganized, or operated by a different developer, limited business records and operational information may be transferred as part of that change.
Because Try AnyFit does not maintain its own user-photo library, no such library would be transferred.
Any successor operating Try AnyFit would be expected to handle information consistently with applicable privacy commitments or provide appropriate notice of material changes.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:
Changes to App features
Changes to AI providers
Changes to subscription functionality
Security improvements
Technical changes
Changes to privacy practices
Changes to platform requirements
New obligations
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the “Last Updated” date will be changed.
Where appropriate, notice may be provided inside the App.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that you acknowledge the revised practices.
If you do not agree with an updated Privacy Policy, stop using the App and do not submit additional generation requests.
