True growth starts with self-control, focus, and consistency. Rugby teaches commitment. Showing up, training hard, and finishing strong, both on and off the field.
Success is built together. We cultivate trust, communication, and unity, reminding our players that every pass, tackle, and try contributes to something bigger than themselves.
We cultivate leaders who lead by example, with humility, courage, and service. Our players learn to take initiative, make responsible decisions, and inspire others on and off the field.
Rugby mirrors life. It is about resilience, standing up after every fall, and never giving up. We nurture a spirit of determination that carries our youth beyond the field into their studies, families, and futures.
The Girls’ Programme uses rugby as a platform to build confidence, discipline, and leadership among young women. Currently anchored at Mary Leakey Girls High School, the programme introduces girls to the game while nurturing teamwork, resilience, and self-belief both on and off the field.
Beyond training, the girls participate in mentorship sessions led by female coaches and professionals who inspire them to pursue education, embrace healthy lifestyles, and lead within their communities.
Through rugby, we are redefining what empowerment looks like; helping young women break barriers, build lasting friendships, and discover their strength in every pass, tackle, and try.
The Boys’ Programme is designed to use rugby as a tool for personal growth, discipline, and positive transformation among young men. Based at Getathuru Assessment Centre, the programme provides structure, mentorship, and a sense of belonging for boys navigating challenging life circumstances.
Through consistent training, life-skills sessions, and guidance from dedicated coaches and mentors, the boys learn the values of teamwork, respect, and perseverance. Rugby becomes more than a game; it is a pathway to responsibility, confidence, and renewed purpose.
Our goal is to help every participant channel their energy and potential into building a better future for themselves and their communities.
The Community Rugby Programme brings together boys and girls from Lower Kabete and neighboring areas to learn, play, and grow through rugby. The sessions are open to all, from beginners discovering the sport to experienced players looking to sharpen their skills.
Each training blends fun, fitness, and mentorship, creating a safe space where youth can build friendships, develop discipline, and learn life values through teamwork and play. Coaches and mentors guide participants not just in the rules of the game, but in the principles that define success in life: respect, integrity, perseverance, and leadership.
The programme also serves as a bridge to schools and community partners, helping identify talent, foster inclusion, and grow rugby's spirit at the grassroots level.
