Account and Data Deletion Request - Truyen Chu
Thank you for using the Truyen Chu application. We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data.
If you no longer wish to use our services and want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
1. What data will be deleted? When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly erased from our servers:
Your account credentials (email address, username).
Your reading history and bookmarks.
Your saved books and favorite lists.
All personalized settings within the app.
2. How to delete your account and data
Option A: Delete from within the app (Recommended) For the fastest processing, you can delete your account directly inside the Truyen Chu app:
Open the Truyen Chu app.
Navigate to the Profile or Settings section.
Tap on Delete Account.
Confirm your decision. Your data will be scheduled for immediate deletion.
Option B: Request deletion via Email If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request data deletion by contacting our support team.
Please send an email to [phantin7112.developer@gmail.com] with the following details:
Subject: Account Deletion Request - Truyen Chu
Body: Please explicitly state that you want to delete your account and provide the Email address that you used to register within the app so we can identify your account.
3. Processing Time Upon receiving your request via email, we will process the deletion of your account and associated data within 7 to 14 business days. We will send a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Important Note: Account deletion is permanent. Once the process is complete, your data cannot be recovered.
