By downloading or using Truth or Dare (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the App via the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s EULA, the EULA controls where required by Apple.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, per the EULA. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, lease, or create derivative works of the App.

Spin the wheel to select a player.
Choose “Truth” or “Dare” prompts from available packs.
Some packs are free, others require a Pro subscription.

Prices are set by Apple and may vary by region/taxes.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled ≥24h before the period ends. Charges post to your Apple ID. Manage/cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Any free trial or intro offer (if shown) converts to a paid plan unless cancelled on time.
Refunds: handled by Apple per App Store policy. We do not issue refunds directly.
When entering player names, you confirm you have permission from participants. We do not collect or store these names. Names remain local on your device unless you share screenshots externally (your choice, their policies apply).
Do not use the App to:
Violate laws or third-party rights (e.g., offensive or defamatory content).
Distribute harmful, illegal, or malicious content/software.
Attempt to bypass technical limits or disrupt services.
All App code, design, packs, and branding are our IP or our licensors’. All rights reserved.
We may update features, pricing, or these Terms. Material changes apply prospectively and will be reflected in the App or this page. We may suspend or terminate the App (or your access) for misuse, legal, or security reasons.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your license for breach. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement). We’re not liable for lost data, missed gameplay, or indirect/consequential damages. In any case, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid to us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (excluding Apple’s fees/taxes).
Apple is not responsible for maintenance/support beyond what the EULA provides. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
The App is not intended for children under 13. If you are in the EEA/UK, you must be 16+ (or have parental consent under local law). You agree to comply with applicable export/sanctions rules.
Note: Some packs may include content appropriate only for adults (18+). By using such packs, you confirm eligibility.
Laws of your country of residence apply unless mandatory local law states otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction at your residence handle disputes.

We do not collect, store, or sell personal data from the App.
Player names you enter remain on your device.
No account is required.
No names, emails, or identifiers.
No analytics, advertising IDs, or crash reports from us.
Player names are processed only locally on your device.
If you export/share screenshots or gameplay externally, that is your choice; third-party policies apply.
We do not upload or store your data on our servers.
Purchases and subscriptions run through Apple. Apple may process payment, receipts, region, and tax information under Apple’s privacy policies.
We may see non-identifying purchase status (e.g., active/inactive) to unlock packs, but we don’t receive your card or billing details.
If you’ve opted-in at the system level, Apple may send aggregated crash/diagnostic data. We don’t configure custom analytics and don’t attempt to re-identify users from Apple’s reports.
We don’t target children under 13. In the EEA/UK, the App is for users 16+ unless parental consent is valid under local law. Adult-only packs require users to be 18+.
All gameplay and data processing happen on-device. Protect your device with passcode/biometrics. We cannot access your local data.
We retain no personal data. Names remain on your device until you delete them.
We don’t transfer personal data internationally because we don’t collect it.
Where applicable (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access/erasure, etc. Since we don’t hold your personal data, there is typically nothing to act on. For App Store purchases or Apple data, contact Apple.
We may update this Policy. We’ll update the “Effective” date and reflect changes in-app or on the listing. Material changes apply going forward.
