Truth Deliverance Church was started by Bishop Jeff Phifer in 1987. TDC has always been a part of the Burlington Community, with its first location on North Church Street. The church is now at 1413 W. Webb Avenue in Burlington and has been blessed to expand with The Bridge at 1417 W. Webb Ave.

Bishop Phifer and his wife Overseer Cynthia Phifer live the example of service, love, and faithfulness that their ministers, deacons, and other church leaders & members follow. 

Our mission statement is "Worshiping Christ, Equipping the Saints, and Winning the Lost At All Cost." With this, TDC offers a place of warmth and fellowship. We invite you to experience the love that only Christ can offer by joining our services and events.
