Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Trust Nexa mobile application ("Trust Nexa - AI Roast & Khata"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect & Permissions Used

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways when you use the App:

• Personal Data: Name, Email Address, and Date of Birth.

• Contact Data: Your Mobile Phone Number (used solely for secure OTP login via Firebase Authentication).

• Zero Document Policy: TrustNexa has a strict Zero Document Policy. We DO NOT collect, request, or store any government-issued documents, PAN cards, Aadhaar cards, or physical ID scans. All account access is verified purely via instant Phone OTP.

• Financial SMS & Auto-Expense Tracking (RECEIVE_SMS & READ_SMS):

TrustNexa features an automated personal expense tracker and Roz Ka Hisab cashbook ledger. The app accesses and processes ONLY financial and banking transactional SMS (debits, credits, and UPI merchant alerts). We DO NOT read, store, or transmit personal chat messages or one-time passwords (OTPs). Transaction amounts and merchants are processed locally on-device to calculate your TrustScore and update your daily cashbook. We NEVER sell, share, or transfer your SMS data to third parties.

• Contacts Permission: To help you easily select and connect with your peers/customers from your phonebook for transaction records, Grahak Khata, and sending payment reminders.

• Camera Permission: To allow you to scan TrustNexa QR codes and update your profile photo.

2. Artificial Intelligence & Roasting Engine (Google Gemini)

The App uses Google Gemini AI to generate funny, engaging spending insights ("AI Roasts") on transactions. Only anonymized transaction metadata (such as amount and expense category e.g., "₹900 Food") is processed to generate comedic commentary. No personally identifiable information (name, phone number, bank details) is ever shared with external AI models.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. Google AdMob uses cookies and advertising IDs to serve ads based on your past visits to our App or other apps on your device. You can opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings from your device.

5. How We Use Your Data

• To process and complete secure logins via OTP.

• To generate, update, and maintain your Trust Score and Roz Ka Hisab cashbook.

• To automatically record banking debit/credit transactions for smart budgeting.

• To manage customer udhar ledgers (Grahak Khata).

• To prevent fraud and maintain App security.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy

We retain your personal data only as long as you keep your account active. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete: You can navigate within the App to Settings -> Account Actions -> Delete Account. Your profile, ledger data, and Trust Score history will be permanently erased from our active databases.

7. Security of Your Data

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including TLS/HTTPS encryption and Firebase cloud security rules) to help protect your personal information. Users can also enable on-device Biometric App Lock (Fingerprint/Face Unlock) in Settings.
