How can one change a system to ensure equity and fairness while not infringing on other people's rights? What are the steps needed to create agency in order to advocate for a solution? How can a cause, purpose, injustice, reason, or  out of date system, motivate a community member to be more involved and be part of a solution? How can we be more proactive versus reactive when we feel we are under attack?
