This privacy policy tells you how we use information collected by TrustDoc Authentication. By using TrustDoc Authentication, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. These practices may be changed, but any changes will be posted and changes will only apply to activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive basis. You are encouraged to review the privacy policy to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used.

Collection of Information

We do not store any personally identifiable information, like names, call log, phone numbers, postal addresses, email addresses, photos, videos, voice recording, geolocations. The information you provide to the app is used to fulfill your specific requests within each Trigger, and isn't stored on any unspecified server. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request and target for owner’s personal usage.

Analytics and Tracking Technology

The app may uses Google Analytics and Mix panel tracking technology. Tracking technology is useful for gathering information such as phone type and operating system for debugging, for tracking the number of times the app is used, and understanding how users use the app. Personal information cannot be collected via analytics and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate usage information may be shared with third parties.

Which data is stored locally on the smartphone?

There is a local database for storing preferences and usage stats to present the user with relevant usage data (activity log). Google Analytics and Mixpanel create local databases as well. These are stored in the application data.

Distribution of Information

We may share information with governmental agencies when permitted or required by law. The information is not provided to any companies for marketing purposes.
