Before its official creation, the Trust Brazil concept was already being validated in practice. Between 2023 and 2024, dozens of foreign companies independently sought out our commercial intermediation services via platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.

This hands-on phase generated real business outcomes, including:

• Verified supplier sourcing and trade articulation

• Export deals to countries like India, Suriname, Arab countries, and the United States

• Setup of local branches for international firms

• Support for brands in sports, gaming, and advertising

This experience confirmed the global demand for safe and reliable access to the Brazilian market — and laid the groundwork for a structured, tokenized, and scalable model.

🚀 Development Phases:

🔹 Phase 1 – Foundation and MVP (Months 1–2)

Focus: Technical deployment, token creation, and initial presence
Key milestones:

• MVP launch of the digital platform (verification, trust seal, multilingual)

• Smart contract deployment and listing on BscScan

• Launch of the TBR token on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20)

• Initial whitepaper and website publication

• Creation of first TBR/BNB liquidity pool on PancakeSwap

🔹 Phase 2 – Validation and Growth (Months 3–9)

Focus: Scaling platform features and legal/institutional base
Key milestones:

• Strategic token sale or pre-sale

• Physical and legal structuring of the Brazil Business Hub

• Marketing campaigns targeting international SMEs and partners

• Expansion of verification data and AI systems

• Launch of strategic reports for token holders
