Package Deal for Foundation Obedience Lessons!
~ targeted especially at puppies and young dogs ~
I am offering a 3 session in-home training package that is discounted from my normal prices for puppies and young dogs!
Each session is typically 60-90 minutes long.
This is targeted especially at, or as a gift for, families with new puppies or young dogs who need some guidance on how to create a confident, well-balanced, obedient companion!
If the dog is below 6 months of age, the price is $175 for three sessions.
If the dog is over 6 months of age, the price is $200 for three sessions.
The sessions can be scheduled at time of purchase or after the fact one at a time, but full payment is due upfront to reflect the discount.
All booking availability will be based off of my existing calendar, price is based on age of dog at time of purchase.

An info form will need to be filled out to me as normal for any dog signed up.
These sessions will focus primarily on confidence, settling, basic manners, leash walking, crate training, and basic obedience skills such as a sit, down, and recall!
If more sessions are desired after completion of the 3 sessions, they can be booked with me at my standard rate of $75 / session.
Puppy foundation board + train rates are also subject to be discounted after purchase of this three lesson package if interested in continuing to a board + train!

Scentwork Session Package
No prerequisites needed - just a dog who likes to sniff!
Scentwork sessions can be a great low-key sport intro for any dog. Practicing calm and taking in environmental surroundings can be a great side-effect of practicing scentwork for nervous or reactive dogs.
I am offering a discounted vial (roughly a dram in size) of wintergreen scent, the level one CKC scent used in formal nosework competitions, with any scentwork session booked. This scent can be used in training to imprint a new dog on odour and begin the early stages of training without having to spend the money to purchase a larger vial, or order a smaller one and have to pay for and wait on shipping.
I am pricing these discount vials at $10 / dram with a dropper included when purchased with any scentwork session booking.

Muzzle Training Package
Muzzle training can be a great addition to any dog's 'toolbox' for any reason, ranging from eating things off the ground to vet visit comfort to serious aggression cases
Muzzle training requires having a properly measured and fitted muzzle, building comfort putting a muzzle on, and often wearing one for duration and in motion to solidify that comfort.
The best way to go about muzzle training is with consistency and intention, which is why I'm offering a 2-session muzzle training specific package!
These sessions can include a temperament test if desired, and will include discussion on muzzle fit and styles, training practices, and a training plan to develop muzzle comfort and how to build on those skills for future training goals.
A package of 2 muzzle training sessions, roughly 60 to 90 minutes long each, for a dog of any size or age (so long as they have a snout long enough to safely wear a muzzle) is priced at $125 for non-aggression cases and $150 for aggression cases (simply to cover for risk - I apologize for the difference!) anywhere within the Truro area.
