I am planning on driving, is parking available?
Car parking will be available in the surrounding streets. However, please note that parking spaces are subject to availability and will be provided on a first in best dressed basis. No prior bookings are available or required for street parking.
It is important to be aware that the main street, Forbes Street, will be closed to accommodate the festival, so we encourage you to plan your route accordingly.
There will be a designated bus drop off area in the main street. Details TBA.
What transport options are available?
Dedicated bus services will be operating to transport attendees to and from the festival venue.
Parkes (departure location will be Cooke Park (opposite car wash)
Departures at 11:15am and 2.00pm
Forbes (departure location will be Harold St Victoria Park bus stop opposite Forbes Town Hall)
Departures at 11:15am and 2.00pm

SITES
For the safety and convenience of all campers, all sites are marked out and allocated. Most sites are at least 80m2, allowing room and access for most caravans/motor homes.
Premium powered sites have access to a 15A outlet with water at site.
Powered sites have access to a 10A outlet, with no water at site. You will need to supply an adaptor if needed.
Powered Tent sites do not have access to caravan / motorhome and suit tent camping.
Unpowered sites have no access to power or water on sites.
AMENITIES
There is access to water at the campground, and a water and wood delivery service will be operating throughout the festival.
Our permanent amenities provide showers for the showground site.
Portable toilets are placed throughout the camping area for your convenience.
A dump point is available at the amenities block.
FIRES
We love campers to be able to enjoy a fire, but safety for all campers is our primary concern. Seasonal conditions may affect fire safety, and we will advise closer to the event.
IF seasonal conditions allow, small fires contained in a FIRE PIT / BUCKET and CLEANED UP before leaving will be permitted. Bagged firewood is available for sale at the campground.
ANIMALS
Companion animals are permitted in the camping area provided they are suitably restrained at all times. Animals are not permitted in the festival area.
GENERATORS
Small portable generators are permitted provided due consideration is shown for fellow campers with curfew of 11pm - 7am

Will food and beverages be available for purchase on the day?
A variety of food vendors will be serving up delicious food to tantalise your taste buds throughout the festival. From savory delights to sweet indulgences, there will be something to satisfy every craving.
While we encourage the convenience of cashless payments, we also advise attendees to carry some cash as a precautionary measure in case of any network issues affecting electronic transactions.
Outside food is not permitted within the festival grounds, unless in the event of specific dietary requirements. There will be a variety of food vendors on-site to cater to dietary requirements.
Will alcohol be available for purchase on the day?
The Trundle ABBA Festival site in Forbes Street is an alcohol free zone.
Licensed venues; Trundle Services Club and Trundle Hotel will both be open throughout the day and night.
Can I get married at the Trundle ABBA Festival?
In a street famously wide enough to perform a u-turn in a road train and locals drive from one side to another, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to renew your vows before Parkes’ own musical minister complete with backing choir and musicians.
Whether you are walking down the aisle or watching from the wings, the Renewal of Vows commitment ceremony is a not-to-be-missed event.
For just $20 per couple, you can take part in the ceremony and receive a Renewal of Vows certificate, flowers, a souvenir photo and a booklet.

What accessibility and services are available for people with disabilities?
The Festival area is the Trundle main street, Forbes Street, which is flat and accessible.
Accessible toilets are located in the main street, in the Hotel and Services Club.

Can I bring my dog/pet into the festival?
Pets are not permitted into the festival grounds unless they are a service dog, however, pets are allowed at the showground.
Will there be first aid at the event?
First aid will be available on-site throughout the duration of the event to provide assistance and support. Trundle Hospital emergency department is located at 44 Brookview Street 6892 1900, only 500m away.
In the event of an emergency, call 000 for Police, Ambulance or Fire Brigade assistance.

Can I smoke at the event?
In accordance with our commitment to creating a safe and healthy environment for all attendees, smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, is not permitted within the festival area.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Please be advised that all ticket sales are final, and we are unable to process refunds for any reason.

Trundle ABBA Festival is an all weather event. However, if, for some unforeseen reason the event is cancelled, ticket buyers will receive a full refund.
