Virtual Science Center (VSC)
How does it work?
After entering the room, you will be put in the waiting room, a host will admit you as soon as they can. After checking in, you will be placed in a breakout room with your tutor to begin your session.
When entering the room, please have your student ID ready.

Policies:
Appointments: Tutoring appointments can be scheduled or walk-in.
No-show Policy: Please be on time! Lots of other students want help, so if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, your time may be given to another student. If you are going to miss an appointment, please contact us.
Walk-in Policy: We take walk-ins if consultants are available. Otherwise, if a student is 10 minutes late to their appointment, we will take a walk-in in their place.

FAQ:
what if i can't download zoom?
After clicking the Science Center Room link and proceeding to the page, the following text should appear. Click the start from your browser and this should allow you to access our room.
I logged in, but can't access the meeting.
what do i do?
If Zoom will not allow you to join, you probably need to log in using SSO. Check out our step-by-step guide to help you get signed in.
